Please train your employees to not just open the door without knocking and barge in the rooms when families have occupied it. My wife was in the room and on multiple occasions person just walked in like it was so normal, I had to confront them and ask why they did that and than apology n sorry happens. On first day I had an Egyptian employee just open the door to drop off a rose and he just opened the door while my wife was in private clothes. Second time I had a room service person that I had just asked for extra towels while he was still outside the room instead of just handing it to me at door, this idiot just walked inside my room and peeked inside bathroom where my wife was getting her make up done. You guys need to train your employees of concept of PRIVACY!!!!
