I was there 8 nights, and professionally welcomed and served from the first to last minute. The guys on the front desk were happy to settle you in, sorting out your WiFi connection before you even ask. If you asked them, they’d tell which team to use (goes from right outside the hotel) and to advise you where to go e.g. to eat. I had a pleasant evening meal, salad & wine, there the first night. Breakfast is mainly continental but you have the option of boiled eggs, could boil your own if you want, buttery scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
