Plus points - This hotel is located central to most tourist attractions such as Grand Place, Mannequin, Illusion museum, Banksy museum etc and some good mix of eating places also. Rooms are very clean and tidy with 2 chairs and 2 tables and a mini fridge to keep your food fresh is great. Breakfast is very good. A very good spread along with fresh fruits, fruit juice, 2 coffee/Tea machines and snacks such as Waffles, pancakes etc are available in plenty and they refill it without any delays. Hotel staff are very polite, professional and always willing to go an extra mile to serve guests. Mr Priior and one of the female staff member (sorry, can't remember the name) at the front desk were brilliant. Play room for kids is one of the main attractions of this hotel - I am sure every child (and teen agers) loves this bit. Wellness center is great, small shallow, splash pool is a nice thing especially on hot days. There are sauna rooms attracts many. I loved the powerful shower. No issues at all with hot or cold water. Wifi - Novotel's Wifi is the fastest I have used in any hotels so far. Connectivity is really good too. Minus points - My room was not sound proof at all - I stayed in one of the family rooms on the side of the Main road (the road at the front of the hotel), it is quite noisy at night - I could hear every vehicle passes the hotel and the loud drunkards also. Windows look like they are double glazed but sadly, they do not block any sound. However, I was the only one who couldn't sleep due to the noise but my wife and children didn't have any issues at all. So, it wasn't a huge issue for us. It is a good thing that toilet and bath are separate but at the same time, there is no sink in the toilet to wash your hands which, for me is not hygienic. Gym is extremely small - there is only 1 of each exercise machines (except 2 running machines), so on a very busy day, it will be very hard to use the gym. I found it a bit strange that the toilet and bathroom are not lockable from inside.
