I was extremely disappointed with the receptionists the moment I arrived we were 4 adults and one child and I was informed that 2 rooms were too small to accommodate the child so I asked them for an upgrade and that I was happily willing to pay the difference. They refused to offer me an upgrade even though I can see the bigger rooms available on booking platforms. They told me that I have to book a third room which was double the price of the two rooms combined. And in addition to the lack of accommodation the two girls at the reception were very condescending and were undermining us for some reason specially the one with long black curtly hair. We had to separate and book an extra room in a different hotel which was very inconvenient. We were also given rooms on different floors and when we told them that we had a birthday and wanted a cake sent to our room we never received anything and went to celebrate outside. When I was about to check out they almost charged me for breakfast and I almost missed my flight trying to clear that up. when I refused they said that I was lying and I had breakfast on my first day so when I insisted they show me the breakfast book and a proof of that they went back to their breakfast book and proved that I was correct and weaved the charge. I will never be staying in this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Hotel itself was ok, but our room was situated by the kitchen on the first floor which wasn’t ideal to navigate through continuous stream of staff and their supplies. More importantly though, the poor review is because our pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. They were so firm and lumpy, we couldn’t sleep on them but instead opted to put a decorative pillow in the pillowcase instead which was more comfortable than the sleeping pillows provided. Also, our fresh bath towels always had the smell of cigarette smoke on them, making them extremely unpleasant to use. Overall disappointed in the quality with those being the leading factors for my review.
