Hotel was good , brand new , but the front office must be train a lot

Pros : 1. the hotel brand new , open in 2023 cmiiw 2. Welcome drink are being refill until end of the day 3. The premiere room was big enough Cons : 1. The reception need to be train again , i was feel underestimated by the front office , maybe because i'm not dress well? 2. My wife ordered kampong fried rice for dinner , the fried rice extremely delicious , but unfortunately the chicken are undercook. 3. The lobby and the parking lot were far away. It will be a problem when a rainy season. 4. There's no basement parking.
