The ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park is an affordable, yet modern and new hotel in a good location not far from Tblisi's main attractions. The staff could be better trained in some situations and especially the breakfast buffet often run out of food while being quite sparse anyways.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and well furnished. The staff were professional and polite. The cold breakfast was good. The hot food was hit and miss. Mostly cold, unfortunately. I have left a positive review with booking.com. but wanted to say privately that this could be improved.

I stayed at the hotel for an extended period of time and the only downside was access to the hotel on foot or public transport was difficult although the walk through the park was very nice. Given the cost of a Bolt taxi in Tbilisi is so low that would be my recommendation!

The room itself was decent, but several basic amenities were missing (no toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, or coffee - only tea). The window could only be opened by moving the curtain, which wasn’t very practical. Cleanliness was acceptable, although the floor and desk could have been cleaner. The biggest issue was that a pipe under the sink was leaking, causing water to come out underneath the sink, which should be fixed urgently.

This was a horrible stay. I don’t think this hotel rises to the standards of the other Accor hotels. The shower water is lukewarm at best, impossible to take a proper shower. For the welcome drink in the evening we were offered either a red bull or an iced coffee. At 10PM. We also had people trying to open our door while we were sleeping. The area is not walkable at all and that is mentioned nowhere. 3 flights of stairs necessary to climb to get to a walkable street - otherwise it’s the big road. It’s also quite noisy as it’s right next to the road. Overall, bad experience. Would definitely not recommend, and I have talked to customer service but received no feedback from the hotel after a week. Not ok.

Hotel is well located and facilities are really good. Hotel is very clean as well. Though, in triple room there was only 1 bathroom towel. Additionally, there was additional fee for toothbrush, sliders and bathrobe. It was my first ever experience from hotel to request additional fee for this items and also having towel shortage.

Everything was great: from the responsive and very friendly team to the room itself (and I'm very thankful for the upgrade which was made due to my Gold status, as well as for a small gift in my room). Nothing to add, hotel, room and team were great. The location is kinda tricky, because it's good, but in terms of transport availability and comfort most of the time the highway is busy, but it's me being nitpicky. Overall the stay was 10 out of 10.

The room is small, but everything is thought out in it. New and clean plumbing, nice to have in the bathroom. A comfortable and large bed. Cozy blankets and pillows. There is tea and a kettle. The only drawbacks are that there are no slippers, or paid and a paid dental kit. The biggest plus is its own secured parking Overall, the stay was comfortable and cozy.
