the location is great and is close to the LRT and some bus stops. the room is great. the aircon was very weak and the technician who visited once did not resolve it properly.

Mercure Trion parking not convenient, we have to pay.

This was our first stay here, and overall it was a great experience for a family of five (kids aged 12, 10, and 3). We booked the family suite and found it very spacious. A big highlight was having two bathrooms, plus a huge bathtub and rain shower in the master bedroom—very practical for families. The sliding door partition between rooms worked well, and having a single entrance/exit gave extra peace of mind with a young child who tends to wander. The room felt quite luxurious, with fully carpeted floors and Mercure-monogrammed towels. The built-in 3M faucet for clean drinking water was also a thoughtful touch. That said, there were a few quirks in the room layout: only one fridge (in the master bedroom), one coffee machine and kettle (in the twin room), just one chair in the master bedroom, and toiletries split between rooms. It felt slightly inconsistent and could be better balanced. The rooftop pool is a bit underwhelming but still pleasant, especially with partial shading. Service-wise, security personnel were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Front office check-in, however, felt quite transactional—more explanation of hotel services and facilities would improve the experience. A small but important suggestion: installing a blackout blind between the bathroom window and master bedroom would help, as using the bathroom at night either means turning on lights that disturb others or staying in the dark. Housekeeping could be improved—there was visible dust in corners and some hair on the bathroom floor upon check-in. Parking at RM10 per entry feels slightly steep, and clearer signage would help, especially since guests need to swipe their payment card twice and pass through two barriers to reach the hotel parking. Location is a strong plus. The view from our room was fantastic—we could see KL Tower, the Twin Towers, Merdeka 118, and TRX all at once. Most places are a short Grab ride away, and the hotel shuttle (9:30am, 2:30pm, 4:30pm) to Chan Sow Lin MRT, TRX, Sunway Velocity, and MyTown is very convenient. There are also plenty of eateries, convenience stores, and small marts nearby. We didn’t try breakfast as we’re late risers, and we missed the night view on the 56th floor—but overall, this hotel offers great value. It’s not easy to find a setup that works well for a family of five while still giving everyone space and privacy, especially with two bathrooms. We would definitely return.

worst experience and worst staff, even if i ask for charger converter they were asking for money, housekeeping is not responding, i stayed for 3 days and its like nightmare, never expected this service from accor, next yr i vl not buy accor membership, if they provide these type of fascilities
