Room service need to improve, new check-in but left tissue for us only 3 pcs? How funny it was. Spare someone at the counter to answer long phone properly when there is call from customer, not transfer to someone to listen that it was notbhet job to answer, it was such frasutarsated as everyone know from Airport to hotel need at least 1 hr drive.

The cleanliness of the hotel is wanting, request to change sheets was ignored, I spilled tomato ketchup on the sheet, despite requesting to have the sheets changed, the stain was still there, both times, the bed was unkempt and poorly made, the tea cups were not cleaned and left dirty, no bath .at was left the 2nd night.

There was no greeting during check in. After a wait, they simply pass you the room cards and didnt even mention where breakfast will be served. No drinking water was provided in the room. No hand soap at sink. Bathtub was useless as there is insufficient hot water to fill it up properly for a proper soak. Hot water was spotty as it either was too hot or too cold during showering. You can give the breakfast a miss as its nothing worthy to take note of. Lifts can be slow and there may be a queue going to rooms as Hotel is quite tall. If there are other choices, i definitely wont be back

One night, location good for airport travel
