I am an Accor ALL member and this is my first stay in Mercure Trion . To be frank , I am disappointed as the water heater is not working . Moreover , the air-conditioning is not really cold despite me adjusting to the lowest temperature. Please look into this . I was in room 4404

This is my second stay, it is ok, but the room i stay hv a little smell, like air circulation is not good. Please improve on the cleanliness / air circulation. Room service is good & convenient.

The hotel is located in an apartment complex, facing a very busy highway. So this could mean ease of access to some, but constant noise for others. Having said that, it's a solid 3 star hotel, - with friendly and helpful staff. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of efforts in making the hotel work, including complimentary shuttles to nearby attractions. Only draw back is that there's no desk for food / parcel delivery, and this being a group tour hotel - you get some noisy neighbours that you can hear across the poorly insulated doors / rooms. 8/10 for service, 6/10 for hardware, 6/10 for value (a tad overpriced for a 3-star hotel).
