All is good except shuttle bus as all the shuttle was reaching us full and we missed our reservation at TBone restaurant , so the main problem was the shuttle bus , and first day we asked for extra towels we didn’t receive , overall it is amazing hotel and well maintained . Thank you and I hope to get good deal for next time

My experience at your hotel was extremely disappointing, and honestly, I felt taken advantage of financially. My wife, our four children, and I are a family of 6. Before booking, I contacted your team by phone and also through the travel agency I booked with to ask about reserving two connected rooms in the Tirana section. I was informed that this was not possible because we are 6 guests, and I was told that the only solution was to book two rooms in the Beach Side section instead. Before confirming the booking, I specifically requested connected rooms because we are a family traveling with young children (8, 6, and 4-year-old twins). However, I was never given confirmation regarding connected rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were assigned two rooms far away from each other (rooms 12461 and 12421). As a result, all 6 of us had to sleep in one room on the first night because my children were afraid to sleep separately. The next day, I was shocked to discover that connected rooms actually do exist in the Beach Side section. I immediately went to reception and explained that this situation was unacceptable. We are a family, and I could not continue my stay separated from my children. After a very long discussion, I was surprised to find out that it was suddenly possible for us to stay in two connected rooms in the Tirana section, and even possible for all 6 guests to be accommodated there — despite this being rejected from the beginning. Eventually, we were moved to rooms 1024 and 1026. This means I paid unnecessary additional costs that could have easily been avoided if I had been given honest and accurate information from the start. I am a regular guest of the Rixos group, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, Rixos Radamis was a major disappointment for me and my family.

The hotel overall was amazing with a lot of activities specially for children. The gardens beach and pools are great but the rooms was disappointing. First room was with very bad smell . 2nd room a lot of things needs maintenance. 3rd room was better but overall the rooms less than the level of the hotel overall . The food was very good with multiple options . At the v evening hours needs more shuttles for transferring Thank you

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the restaurant reservation issue during my stay. As part of my booking package, I am entitled to one free restaurant reservation per day. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure a reservation, and the reception team could not arrange a table for me. What made the situation more frustrating is that whenever I passed by those restaurants, I noticed that there were empty tables available. Honestly, I felt that the receptionist was not willing to genuinely assist or make enough effort to solve the issue. In addition, during the booking process, nobody informed me that restaurant reservations needed to be made in advance. Since this is one of the included benefits of my reservation, I believe this information should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This experience was very disappointing and negatively affected my stay. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the communication and reservation process for future guests.

2nd time i stay , amazing , unfortunately i had to leave before check out date , my wifes anut passing suddenly, nevertheless i wasn't offered and compensation, not money exactly, maybe a discount for next stay at the resort , cause i will definitely come back.
