Our stay was extremely disappointing. We received our rooms very late, which was incredibly difficult as we were traveling with children and a pregnant woman. To make matters worse, our luggage arrived two hours after we checked into the room. This meant our first day was completely ruined, and the kids couldn't even go swimming. The service was so poor that I have already shared this terrible experience with all of my friends. This is definitely the first and last time we will ever step foot in this hotel.

Food same.menu Ala carte only for villa members no one gets booking rather dont advertise it since.no one gets bookings Normal restaurant self service fond.ur.own..seat.ur own food and cutlery and clean you own table ask staff for something dont come back all rude Boring menu Limit times for all inclusive expert snack throughout the day but have times for it even meals.only 2 hrs.and half the time closing uninsured of helping guests Beach no service no person putting towels or.drinks on beach or snack have to go out to the restaurant should be on beach for real Laxation Limited shuttles always waiting in lines waited one hour a d missed gondola and closes early cant experience anything was not worth the money stayed i. Hilton novetel and pickabatros and got better service for less money Rooms also dirty Lifts dirty Pathetic 5 star Never wanting my money to come here
