My wife and I just left this piece of paradise. Not sure where to start other than perfection. Our butler Jay was 100% on point and such an asset for us. Eva at Akoya's deck and Minny at breakfast also stood out for their attentiveness and sincerity. But to be honest every staff member treated you like family. We could not recommend this spot more for anyone considering a trip to Phuket and an alternative to the hustle and bustle of Patong. Nearby Ao Yon Beach and Panwa beach are a short walk or buggy ride away and provide plenty of entertainment options. However leaving the resort is walking away from paradise. The Villas (we stayed sea side in #4) were stunning. We will definitly return here.

The location is great, with easy access to stores and shopping malls. The services were excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Most of them spoke English, which made things easier for me. The room design was really impressive, especially the full-length mirror. I noticed some old stains in the trash cans and sinks, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the path on the slope was very slippery and hard to walk on, even though it was dry. I ended up falling down twice when I passed it.

Having stayed in this hotel 3 times prior, I finally found the room that i liked best in here and in the whole of Kuta. Thanks for the lovely upgrade and I would have given full marks if only they had not changed the menu in Afterglow. My favourite Nasi Goreng now doesn’t come with fried chicken and they still don’t have sambal terasi available on request. Nevertheless, looking forward to seeing Rahmad and his team again on my next visit!
