Disappointed that we emailed the hotel for details of the airport shuttle but did not get a reply. Had to pay for a taxi.

We caught the airport shuttle, which was easy to find and comfortable. Checkin was quick and efficient. Food options were good.

Check in took seconds and the concierge stored our luggage while we were at the desk. Room was as expected, clean and with the requisite amenities . We stayed at the hotel for the evening and had some food and drinks. The food was decent and there is a good discount available if you have the IBIS app. We had an early check out which again took seconds and the concierge put the bags on the coach while we were at the desk ….. So we hopped on the bus for the 5 min ride to the terminal. You do need to reserve a spot on the bus when you check in but there appears to be 2 buses so I don’t think you would ever not be able to get on as long as they are aware they need the second bus. Overall a very stress free pre flight experience if you have an early flight. No need to worry about taxis not turning up or traffic delays from KL.
