Not good first the Wi-Fi sometimes work and sometimes not !!!! And the big problem was that sound of digging from 8 AM UNTIL midday 5 PM !!! Me and all of my crew can’t sleep good.

I have been to this hotel a few times and every time I find things to be imrpved: the roo m very small, teh shpwer inside teh bathtub, the make upo of teh room late in teh afternoon, teh reception with gentlemen who do not speak English, restauarnt with poor food

Hi my wife and me we love this hotel a lot … normally the attention it’s very and nice this time no I asked 3 times to a 3 different people gave to face ( reception, butler … and reception again for an ice bucket and I’m still waiting for it … I asked for softer pillows and I’m still waiting…. And the breakfast something that we like a lot in this hotel… ( good baguette perfect fried sunny side eggs, good yogurt with red berries and nice variety) we love this …. btw I’m a Chef and off course my wife its used good food and this time old bread old croissants the variety very bad … and cold the hot buffet it’s not acceptable… at 8:53 am not at the end or closing of the breakfast service …. Please don’t ruin a nice place

There was constant noise in the building due to repair and maintenance work, both in the morning and evening. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room was very hot. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable during my stay.

In the restaurant. There is an outdoor area where people are allowed to dine and smoke. I personally believe that this should not be permitted but at least please remove the table next to the door as it allows smoke to get into the building. Also, the shower in my room is leaking and the toilet seat has a crack in it
