I had an amazing stay at Tribe Phuket Patong. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire stay, which really made a difference. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. You can tell they really take care of the place. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide range of high-quality food options. You can even request coffee made by a barista, which is a great touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can’t wait to come back!

Nice modern rooms, good location in Patong but not too close to the crowds, great choice of foods in the two restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay great service wonderful staff they remembered you rooms nice my daughter’s birthday cake to room message on bed and happy birthday playing on tv need rail on entry to pool for elderly wasn’t game to go in only let down

I didnt have a pleasant stay as expected. This is not the first time I stay in a Tribe hotel but doesnt have the vibe this time. So first the pre-arrival email is really a good thing, but didnt receive any greetings as per the preferred name given or any special arrangements for the room. So no need to bother with the email if you dont follow up. Then, check in was long and confusing, with the person at the desk (hopefully a trainee) asking every 2 seconds her colleague to know what to do. For the room, all was ok. Just advertising the “rain shower experience” is maybe a bit much cause thats not the case at all. Then my biggest issue during my stay was the music. At the pool, this is so loud !! I know thats the Tribe Vibe but really too loud. Also please stop yr free Spotify account with advertisement every 2 minutes, you Accor u can do better. And service is so slow….. Same for the music at the restaurant for dinner, so loud that we needed to shout to order. So uncomfortable, staff realized as well but just didnt do anything. Last but not least, the terrible smell near the toilets groung floor next to elevators. But I think the worst is the huge number of staff, at the check in desk, in the restaurant and in the back office just going here and there and just not fixing or realizing all what I just said above.This is frustrating, management is zero.

We are especially concerned to hear about the music volume at both the pool and restaurant, as well as the disruption caused by advertisements. The same applies to the service speed, which clearly fell below our standards. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor near the ground floor restrooms. This is being addressed urgently with our engineering and housekeeping teams. Lastly, we regret that the overall team presence gave the impression of inefficiency rather than attentiveness. Your feedback regarding management oversight is taken seriously and will be reviewed internally to improve coordination and responsiveness.
