It was a really good experience! The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Late at night, I brought some food from outside, and the receptionist kindly helped me with plates so I could enjoy my meal with Sahil. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten some of my belongings at the hotel. The receptionist kept them safe and handed them back to me when I returned two days later. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you for the excellent service, kindness, and support. I truly appreciate your hospitality! 😊🙏

It was not a successful experience; the cleanliness of the hotel room and bathroom was lacking. The room floor was dirty, and the bedding—which had stains—was not changed for two days. Furthermore, the food did not meet the standards of other hotels; for instance, when I requested an omelet cooked a specific way, my instructions were not followed.

The property was at a good location and walkable distance to bangla road and pattong beach. The rooms are good size with clean and spacious bathrooms. One minor negative feedback is that the cleaning bin (large blue plastic bin) was found in the floor corridor several times which was open and dirty and could've been kept shut or not left in the corridor for that long a period of time.

The soundproof of the room is inadequare. Since the room is located near the traffic light, the noise of lorries, motorcycles, cars is noisy throughout the night which affected my sleep since i am a light sleeper.

The welcome decoration in the room was a genuinely warm touch, and it set a good first impression. What came after, unfortunately, was a series of issues that were difficult to overlook. Housekeeping felt careless throughout the stay. On the second day, one bath towel was missing after the room was serviced. A spoon was returned visibly unwashed. We had requested larger slippers, and a replacement was sent — but the two pairs that arrived were different sizes, leaving my friend having to force their foot in. Each of these on its own might be forgiven, but collectively they made for an uncomfortable stay. The late check-out was perhaps the most frustrating part. We had confirmed a 2:00 PM departure on the very first day. On our last morning, housekeeping called at 11:00 AM to prompt us to leave — as though the confirmation had never happened. Whether it was a handover failure or simply an assumption that it would not matter, I am not sure. What I do know is that this kind of carelessness is not something I expect, and it left us feeling like guests whose time was not particularly valued. The public restroom on the second floor had a persistent and unpleasant odour that made it very difficult to use throughout our stay. I genuinely like what TRIBE is going for — the rooms are stylish and the design concept is fun. But at this level of execution, I would not feel comfortable recommending this property to friends or family.

Well located, very good amenities and excellent staff across the whole teams, Mimi at the bar and Pabi in the restaurant were exceptional. Only reason I don't rate the hotel as excellent is the road traffic noise which was very loud.
