The hotel's facilities are impressive, with a great fitness center, outdoor pool, and excellent meeting spaces. The staff at Mercure BSD are incredibly friendly and efficient, providing top-notch service that makes you feel right at home. Mba Aida and Mas Rama, in particular, were fantastic - always ready to help and provide recommendations. The location is ideal, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. And, the hotel's modern design and vibrant atmosphere make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is located near the mall, there is a jogging track around the hotel area and the place is quiet. My experience with the hotel staff is good especially Ms. Raj they provide the best service for all my requests and their hospitality is also good thank you
