Pros Decent staff you accommodated my stay needs (early check in , late check out) The hotel hygiene level is good. Cons 1: I requested nespresso machine but it was declined. I was willing to move to another room that had Nespresso machine , but it didn't have balcony as my booking. some flexibility in providing the machine will show that you care for your customer. 2: you decided to cancel the valet due to less customers. however , the next day the parking P1 was full and you closed (or didn't monitor) P2. Even more , a couple of days after , you said that the parking is totally full and I need to park in the street. if the parking becomes full , you should bring the valet back. 3: the parking access card machine is placed away from reach of car driver. each time , you need to get out of the car , put the card on the machine multiple times , then return back to car. 3: The floor carpet had many stains and you didn't try to fix it.
