Rooms comfort - 8.5/10 Cleaniniess - 9.5/10 Staff Behaviour - 10/10 Breakfast - 1/10- worst breakfast, the hotel could not handle the guests. Items were empty and were never replinshed. After multiple follows up the things were not in place. Kitchen needs to be prepared for rush hours but clearly incapable. Taste was the worst. Breakfast items were half cooked. Salads vegetables were half cut. Imagine a big brocilli just cut into two pieces, a big tomoate just cut in half and whole big carrot was served. It is best Novotel bur dubai should stop breakfast services.

Every thing is very good. Except the laundry takes 48 hours or more, it should be within 24 hours as maximum.

I called the reception many times for water and room cleaning but there was no response, they said that they are sending it, still no one came for 2 hours, after calling back 2 or 3 times I got water and the room was cleaned, I used to complain about water daily, I had to call many times and then water would come, room cleaning was good, it was comfortable, the only problem was with the room service
