Novotel Bur Dubai has been the hotel of my choice since 2022. I have stayed here 8 times. Very happy and satisfied as always. A special mention to Ms. Thandar at Front Office Reception. Her warm smile, positive attitude, friendly face and professionalism has to be acknowledged.
