Very very bed service . Room smell , shower not working and for parking always not open either card access have to go to counter and tell them to open manually .

The only solution is to increase the variety of breakfast options and change the size of the king-size bed.

dirty room, toilet , old carpet bad smell, dirty sofa bed bad smell no showergel no shamboo empty old towel very old dirty like we stay in 1 sstar hotel, not novotel chain hotels !!!! not even 4 statr and at night 2 am until 4 am very very very noisy from corridor or other room shouting and screaming having party very very noisy. the hotel did nothing to them we call reception and the room service to come more than one hour after call !!
