Disappointing experience with unprofessional staff

We have stayed at this hotel before and never faced any issues until we encountered the receptionist, Imran. His behavior was highly unprofessional. He spoke to us in a way that made it clear he just wanted to end the conversation quickly, and he didn’t even make eye contact while we were talking, which made us feel unwelcome. His body language was also unacceptable; he was sitting at the desk with his hands on his face, looking tired and disinterested. This is not the way a hotel staff member should treat guests. To make things worse, we tried calling the hotel at least 10 times, and no one answered. Later, when we tried again, our number appeared to be blocked. This was a very disappointing experience. A hotel’s reputation is built on its staff, and when the staff fail to show respect, the entire experience is ruined. Because of this, we will never return to this hotel.

Hang Out Cafe is a very cozy and welcoming place – perfect whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy something good, or have a work meeting. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. A special shout-out goes to Daphne, who prepares amazing coffee with a smile and makes the whole experience even better. It’s clear she enjoys her work, and it really shows in the quality of service. Highly recommended!
