Had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and well maintained. Overall, good service and a pleasant experience. I would like to add names ( Novo, Myk and Siyaad ) very nice customer service

I checked in Novotel Bur Dubai 3rd Jan 2026 around 8:30pm. At reception, Despite of knowing about my AccoR Rewards discount AED 86, the Reception Staff Mr Jeff intentionally tried to charge my Credit card with full amount. The Price after discount was even mentioned on the registration page which he provided me to sign still he attempted to charge the wrong amount. As I informed him about the correct amount, His facial gestures became completely unwelcoming, he took well of his time, adjusting something in the payment machine and then charged the correct amount. Again after taking his time, he gave me the keys of the room 228. I took the keys and went outside and came back around 12am to the hotel and slept. In the morning it revealed to me that Room 228 is for Disabled Persons (People of Determination). The bed mattress was completely uneven broken and uncomfortable. Ac was not working at all. At the time of check out in the morning, I saw number of people at reception, as I had to go somewhere urgent, I could not see the Hotel manager in person to complain about Mr Jeff and I just checked out. A number of times I stayed at Novotel Bur Dubai and I had great experience of the hotel but I never ever experienced such a horrible stay this time. I humbly request you to please Train Mr Jeff to be welcoming to the Guests not give them horrible experience and don't make them to think to chose another hotel next time for their stay. thank you
