No bell boy. Executive lounge empty. Executive lounge dirty. Executive floor smelly and humid, AC off. No welcome, not welcome drinks, Staff not caring. Room service people not greeting guests. Room on the 10th floor dirty, smelly, old. Fingerprints on the room everywhere, towels missing. Never come here. An Accor platinum member.

Reasonable first experience with Novotel. Came with the expectation of distance from Stevens and Orchard MRT but the shuttle service could be a bit more regular. We found it is the better option to get around since we have elderly and a toddler in or group. Hair in the bed and foot prints on the couch upon entering the room makes us wonder about the housekeeping standards. Noticeable stench from the bathroom sink.

I like staying at Novotel on Stevens. Nice room, very good lounge on 10th floor. Perfect location for my needs. But every time I stay there my room is never cleaned. Every day I have to ask for room to be cleaned and serviced. It’s really irritating.
