We love your hotel. We have stayed there many times. It's so convenient and comfortable for staying the night before we depart Bali and the staff are amazing and so friendly. This time however, we found the smell of the deodorising/pest(?) treatment throughout the hotel unpleasant and overwhelming, particularly in the room and the corridors. Luckily we had access to the Premier Lounge and stayed there a couple of hours to escape it. We tried to sit by the pool but, as has happened many times before, all sun lounges were taken as there simply isn't enough space around the pool for the number of guests in the hotel. If this treatment is part of the ongoing plan for the hotel, then we will not be staying again.
