I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Special thanks to Farhan and Idah at the Front Office for their friendly and helpful service, they made me feel really welcome. Also thank you to Hasan from Housekeeping for keeping my room clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back!

The staff is trying, but you can't make a sub-standard place with moist rooms, cracked floors, and a erratic aircon into something good. And a fridge that buzzes but does not cool even at the highest level is technically not really a fridge. At breakfast, the room staff works hard, but the food is far below average, and not just how it looks. I won't book this place again.
