Good price, comfy beds. Room service was excellent and more timely than other hotels I've been to. And the staff were very accommodating as well. For a budget hotel you can't get any better. The location was perfect too. It was right in front of a late night supermarket, community square and market, and beside a train station. Plenty of bars too! Honestly exceeded my expectations for the price. It was good value.

Perfect stay, all good! The room was tiny, but with the single occupation in the double it was ok. There is hardly no room for the luggage. Extremely friendly staff at the desk, specially that wonderful italian woman who checked me in. Thanks so much!!

Location great but it was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had with an Accor group hotel. Although the reception and shared facilities were at the perfect temperature the rooms were awful, it was hotter than a Turkish Bath. Luckily I’ve opted for a room with a balcony, it made it somewhat manageable. The shower!!! The water temperature was on a sinusoidal rhythm from burning hot to ice cold constantly. The bathroom faucets were brand new Grohe but it was almost like someone installed a device in the piping, just to make it impossible to have a peaceful shower. At the beginning I thought this was only our room but thanks to balcony neighbors we found out it was the complete hotel that were facing these problems. The funny this is that when you mention these problems to the reception they all go through some emotional process and they act like they’re hearing these problems for the first time even though they’ve just heard it couple of minutes ago from another guest for many times. It was a great experience for me to learn to double check my reservation for the next time that I never make a ibis budget reservation! Thanks but no thanks.

Good accomodation in super location. This time I received a really nice room with the roof balcony, which I enjoyed a lot. The weak part is a communication with the front desk. I asked in advance details about parking, didn't receive any answer an then been faced a serious problem with the height of my car. But if you come with the backpack, you will be satisfied. I recommend visit of the ZOO (5 min walk) and dinner at Faustus Schnitzelrestaurant (3 min walk). The best breakfast you can get accross the road at Schnell Bakery.

The accommodation is very close to the city centre, which made it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. The U-Bahn station is only about a one-minute walk from the hotel, and there are also several bus connections nearby. There are many pubs, restaurants, cafés, and even a minimarket within a short walking distance, so everything we needed was easily accessible. The zoo is also very close — just one stop by U-Bahn or a short pleasant walk from the hotel. The breakfast was adequate, with enough options to choose from, and we had no complaints at all during our stay. The receptionists were always friendly, polite, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We also really appreciated the flexibility of the hotel staff. We arrived much earlier than expected — before 12 o’clock, even though the official check-in time starts at 3 PM — and after registering with All Accor, we received our room immediately. We are very thankful to the hotel for allowing us to use the room so early, as it made our arrival much more comfortable. Another great advantage was the possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge after check-out until the evening, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day in the city without carrying our bags around. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
