GEE Michi met me in the Lobby and assisted me to their Executive Lounge for the checkin procedure. I love it when I was upgraded to the Apartment Suite. The room is very new, remarkable and I love it. However the most outstanding are the Lounge Agents and the GEE. They will not neglect me and gave me their top class attention that I do not see in other premium hotels. Not even in Gold Lounge or Raffles Club or even Club Millisime. Pak Camille also played a part of my good stay. Food is always fantastic from Chef Irwan and GEE Michi and Alicia are really a darling. Not forgetting GEE Diana of which I met her during breakfast and also cannot leave out Liani, Elisa and a young lady Krisla ( sorry I have forgot her name) whatever it is, I love my stay. Will be back.
