Location was really good. The service was well below average, all the receptionist were inexperienced and not good at communication. We were misled about the aircon multiple times and then there was admiration they didn’t know as it wasn’t their job. Apparently house keeping checked but the aircon would not get down to temperature because it was universally set. This is unusual and not ideal in the summer months. It was a really uncomfortable sleep. As an Accor member I was also disappointed, and felt a bit like a bother when I had questions. Beds were ok, pillows terrible. Very basic interior and services included.

Great transport connection to airport with the airport bus stop being a short walk around the corner. Lots of choice of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable.
