Huge thank you for ibis Budapest centrum. We are so glad to stay this hotel. In fact my friend thanks to me to book this Ibis hotel when we checked out. She said she was glad we didn’t select another hotel. Hotel location was so close to the airport shuttle bus stop. This helped us confidence and feel safe to arrive at hotel at 11pm by the late flight. In fact, the hotel is very close to any public transports and also walking distance to any shops and restaurants. Staff are amazing. We’ve asked recommendations of Hungarian food, shopping, have requested keeping our luggages on the departure date, etc and they are very helpful (we had a chimney cake and a stuffed cabbage by recommendation from two wonderful staff) I would say at lease 4 of staffs, I still remember their smiles. Meeting such great hotel staff made our trip so happy. Cleaning staffs are great as well. The room was clean and nice when we arrived and we have requested them to change towels without daily cleaning and we always find them easily and they are very helpful. I have been booking ibis hotel whenever I need accommodation for my trip. The main reason is you have a safety box to keep valuables at reception and you always have wonderful staff so I can meet great people. Ibis Budapest centrum was another star, we were so glad to stay. Thank you very much!

Its a fine hotel, staff was nice and the hotel is neat and clean. The location was very good. I was chosen the guest of the day and got a good view room and some amenities, which was very sweet!

The stay was great. The staff was friendly and always smiling and ready to help. The room was nice and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was a to cowded and there was always a line for coffee.
