When I arrived the young ladies at the reception desk were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The crowning touch was the guitar in the lobby with a sign that said, “Play on Me”. I did.

Heating my room was not working and I had to ask twice the hotel stuff to give me another room; they gave me another room, still no heating. only the third time I got a heated room. The hotel stuff interpreted this is that it is my fault and unjustified complains (18C). As well, the (some)lighting did not work. All of this happened 1:300 AM.
