Room is clean, except toilet got a bit of smell, but quite mild, maybe is my sensitive nose. Great location with public transport just 2mins walk. Services is good, I always go to lobby to ask for hot water(no kettle in room) and ice. Easy check in and out.

The reception were very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was too small, the toilet was too close to the wall. And the worst was the awful smell that came from the bathroom, it smelled like sewerage, it was really off-putting.

Very good value, centrally located hotel. Close to the metro, tram and bus stops. Breakfast included. Staff always onhand to help with any questions. Very clean. My only issue was the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is very good. The room quality could be better...no sleepers, no coffee machine, no water heater, no refrigator... also the hallways in corridors of the floors were not very clearn, especially the carpets were very dirty.
