Beautiful resort at Tanjung Benoa

This was our fifth stay, and once again we were completely satisfied. The hotel and the garden around the resort are well maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had halfboard package from Luxury Escape and we were happy with the food and the drinks choice. Plenty to choose from and the food were really tasty. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the receptionist team—Alit and the gentleman who checked us in—who always greeted us warmly whenever they saw us. We also appreciate Ibu Gungsri and Ibu Parwati for ensuring a smooth check-out and making sure our transport was ready on time. Thank you to Ibu Utari and Pak Sumiarta from the F&B team for taking the time to chat with us and making us feel truly at home. A special mention as well to the gentleman who kindly helped my son after he slipped on the wet stairs and injured his heel—apologies if we didn’t get his name exactly right (Pak Yunianta/Sunianta). Overall, we love our stay and will come again.

Turtle conservation bicycle tour was amazing. Short bike ride to turtle conservation through a quiet village. The guys were great, good English, he even laughed at my jokes 😂 Friendly and kind staff at TC , very hands on with feeding turtles, birds and touching reptiles. Very informative. Released turtles was beautiful 🙏🏻🐢 $45 each, good value. Only took about an hour with new bridge shortcut 🚲🙏🏻🐢

I'm just back from a memorable trip to Bali. Whilst there, I stayed at Novotel, Benoa. The warmth and courtesy of the staff was evident from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Since we had two meals included in our package, every one of the 7 days started with a generous and delicious spread of a buffet breakfast followed by activities away from the hotel on some days and ending the evening with a wonderful Al-a carte Dinner menu complimented with an hour of free-flowing drinks to quench our thirst. All through our stay, we received amazingly consistent service from reception to bellboys to greeting & waiting staff at the inhouse restaurants, shops, photo shoot and the overall pampering. Whilst every staff member was great, I would like to make a special mention of a couple of individuals who made a difference. The Accor Vacation Clubs Guest Experience Host, Mr. Yoggi Dwinanda, was exceptional, approachable and courteous. He was always happy to share his views from tourist attractions to food and other activities and genuinely followed up everyday to check if we had a good time and whether we desired more. All this and more, over and beyond, without any strings attached. And then, for the best part, the massages, I would like to mention one inhouse therapist, Ekka, who did an incredible job on my body to ease the aches and pains after the wonderful and long daytime exploration of the beautiful sights around Bali. I enjoyed three amazingly rejuvenating and professional sessions and was never disappointed. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and to sum it up, we registered for a professional family photo shoot to carry wonderful memories back to Australia. Novotel Benoa was exceptional in its quality of services, foods and other amnesties and every staff member delivered their best to every guest we met. I would gladly recommend Novotel Benoa to anyone and when I return back for a holiday in Bali, which I most likely will, I’ll consider staying again at this amazing resort

We stayed at Novotel Benoa Bali for four nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the reception staff were especially welcoming, professional, and attentive. One of the highlights was the swimming pool with a beautiful ocean view — definitely our favorite spot to relax. The hotel is perfectly located right by the sea, with many small local restaurants nearby and very easy access to Bali Collection. The food and drinks at the sea-view restaurant were a real culinary delight, made even better by the relaxing ambiance. We also appreciated the complimentary photo session and enjoyed learning more about the Accor Group through the Accor Vacation Club presentation. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay. We would absolutely love to return. Thank you to the entire Accor and Novotel Benoa team for making our stay so special!
