While I am glad you enjoyed our location, I am deeply concerned and saddened to read about the issues you encountered with the air conditioning and, most importantly, your fall. Please accept my most sincere apologies for this experience. The safety and well-being of our guests are our absolute priorities, and it is clear that on this occasion, we failed to meet the high standards we set for ourselves. I am truly sorry for the pain and distress your fall must have caused you. I have immediately shared your comments with our Engineering and Housekeeping heads of department to investigate the leak in that specific room and ensure it is permanently resolved so this does not happen again. The Easter egg hunt and program for the kids was exceptional.

Another nice stay at NBB. Clean, tidy and well maintained resort with very friendly staff..as a long term repeater guest it feels just like being home.

It’s definitely not a 5 star resort! I felt deceived. Food was terrible, only one restaurant that’s open till 10:00pm and they advertise 3 on site restaurants. Room service is average. We were handed a towel with maggots on it. Only good thing is humble staff who are trying to do what they can. Overall disappointing.

Dear Chhaya Sood, I am writing to you with a heavy heart after reading about your recent stay with us. Please accept my deepest and most sincere apologies for the series of distressing events you described. This is absolutely not the level of service or hygiene we pride ourselves on, and I am truly sorry that we let you down so significantly. The incident you mentioned regarding the towel is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. I have launched an immediate and thorough investigation with our Executive Housekeeper and our laundry provider to identify how such a lapse in our sanitization protocols could have occurred. Rest assured, we are taking immediate corrective measures to ensure this never happens again. I also take your comments regarding our dining options and food quality very seriously. While we do have three restaurant spaces, I apologize for the confusion regarding their operating hours and for the fact that the culinary experience did not meet your expectations. Spending my first Nyepi experience in my most-stayed resort in the world, Novotel Bali Benoa was a no-brainer. Wonderful staff who are now my Balinese family over the years, It’s a surreal experience to see everything coming to a complete stop, from empty streets to a quiet waterfront where it is usually packed with water sports activities. At night, it’s easy to capture countless stars in the sky since no lights are allowed after dark. Thank you to my Balinese family (Rame, Maya, Devi, Surya, Novel, Komang, Ayu, Michelle, Wartini, Eka, Suci, Midi, Agung, Widi and many many more) and GM Juliana for the Nyepi experience! See you all next time!
