We travelled from the UK not really knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely spacious room with every you need. We couldn't get our Firestick to work in the tv even though it had an hdmi. The bar a restaurant were fine but seemed expensive. The breakfast itself was very expensive and the setup was missing items from a normal cooked breakfast. The breakfast area was untidy on bith days we visited as staff were not removing dirty dishes. We had to ask for areas to be cleared and the lady in charge seemed offended. Would stay here again but eat somewhere else which is half the price.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Amsterdam Centre. We arrived by train and it was very convenient having the hotel so close to the station. It was a great location for walking everywhere. The rooms weren’t huge, but for one night we were very comfortable. Christan at reception was very helpful throughout our stay as well.

We met our family from several different locations in the US. There were 8 of us and the hotel was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful! There was a young man (can't remember his name) who went above and beyond to help us with a glitch in contacting our cruise ship.
