I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Amsterdam Centraal, which made it very convenient to explore Amsterdam and travel to other places in the Netherlands. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. After spending the whole day exploring the city, it was nice to come back to a comfortable hotel in such a convenient location. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Was staying right above the rails and train stop. The noise was always present but was managed to ignore it. The room was nice and spacious

my room was comfortable although the bathroom was very cramped and there could well have been a more central light in the ceiling of the main room. The TV was small and not well placed and some net curtains would have meant not having to keep the main curtains closed in the morning

The staff members who helped us were kind, welcoming and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The location next to the train station was extremely convenient, and yet we were so pleasantly surprised that our room was so quiet! The bathroom was very basic and could use a few more amenities and our mattresses slid around a bit too much on the beds while we slept, but otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Amsterdam Central Station. However, the staff has no desire to show any care for the guests. For instance, when I went to breakfast on Saturday, the hostess was clearly sick as she was coughing continuously, directly into guests' faces. She could have at least worn a mask or taken sick leave. How many people did she infect that morning?

Checked in and made way to room. Once inside the room it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. Called down to reception who came up with another key for a room a few doors along. This room was great and the hotel is in a really good location for seeing the sites. Would definitely stay again
