Overall our stay was excellent even though we were not able to use all the facilities. Bedroom was fantastic with a super comfortable bed and a lovely big bathroom. Sofa area was nice to sit in with lovely views over the garden and the river. Staff were very friendly and we were looked after well in the bar. Our one disappointment was that we were prohibited from using the garden due to a conference and the rooftop bar was closed due to weather even though there was no rain forecast for 3 hours.

Staff was excellent-helpful, professional and with good suggestions. Breakfast offered multiple options, rooms are good. Bathroom door doesn't stay open on its' own.

What a shame that a hotel with such superb facilities has no idea how to engage with its customers everytime they walk through reception, in and out of the hotel.

Great breakfast. Convenient and staff polite. Gym good too. Shame church bells woke me up most mornings at 615am. And you need a Goldilocks pillow, 1 is too low and 2 is too high..

This is my third year in a row I have stayed a week at The Bridge on Ostrow Tumski....the old town.....where the lamplighter goes around each evening lighting up the town...the beauty, the old charm is irresistible. The accommodations at The Bridge are spot on. The rooms are lovely and a really nice, industrial feel. Great decor.
