We had 4 nights for team meeting and felt impressed by the level of quality, hospitality and care in this hotel. Nothing is off-the-mill and a lot of focus is on local design, references to Poland and the city and staff was always professional and helpful. Room was spacious with plenty of details, like high standard AC and heating, 100% noise free, plating iron, safe, modern lighting system, a real telephone for calling room service, full size TV, fast + free WiFi, real window that could be opened ajar, Nespresso machine, bottled water, a scale, a spacious shower that is wheel chair friendly ( I think ) and very modern. There is plenty of room service options and even a mini bar. Spa area was rather large, a 60°C and a 90°C Sauna, and a rest area. Gym I haven't been to , good selection of massages and treatments that can be booked three hours in advance. Breakfast area spacious and comfortable with both continental and warm selections, and table service. Large lobby with couches.

Daria B. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The stay was overall good, the hotel has many amenities and the staff is generally helpful apart from one incidence at the very end. Upon checking out I was accused of not paying for the breakfast but I did pay. I payed with my credit card at the counter with a hotel staff the night before the breakfast. I am not sure what the confusion or mistake was but the person gave me a lot of attitude which I don't deserve. I genuinely tried to figure out what the mistake is but I was brushed off saying "it's okay" as if I've done this on purpose and they are letting me go with this. I would like for the manager to look into the matter and write me back personally with resolution and confirmation of my payment. I have payed at the front desk 2 times and have received the payment slips, but I didn't keep them. I payed on the night of 16.09.26 and the night of 18.09.26.

Dear Mrs. B., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery Collection for your stay in Wrocław. We are delighted to learn that you appreciated the comfort of our hotel, the facilities available, and the helpfulness of our team. At the same time, we are truly sorry to hear about the misunderstanding regarding your breakfast payment at check-out and that the manner in which the situation was handled did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for any discomfort this may have caused. Thank you for providing the details of the payments made during your stay. The matter will be carefully reviewed by the hotel management. Once our verification is complete, we will contact you directly to clarify the situation and confirm the status of your payments. Once again, thank you for your valuable comments. Guest feedback is extremely important to us, as it helps us continuously improve the quality of our services. We stayed for 4 nights for our first visit to Wroclaw. The Bridge is a beautiful and stylish hotel. Warm welcome, excellent service and both bedroom and hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Location is peaceful and within easy walking distance of all main sightseeing locations. Garden bar and the spa are lovely to spend some time during your stay.

One issue: the temperature in the dry oak sauna should be 90 degrees (it’s even written on the door) and it is 70 degrees - not the first time. Also the cold showers in the sauna area don’t work perfectly

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience regarding the temperature of the dry oak sauna and the performance of the cold showers in the wellness area. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and wellness teams for immediate review and follow-up. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
