The hotel enjoys an excellent location within Ostrów Tumski, making it a great base for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a wonderful view, which made our stay very comfortable. As a Platinum member, however, I felt that the welcome upon arrival could have been warmer and more attentive. In general, the staff did not come across as quite as warm and approachable as those we experienced during our stay at Tribe Krakow. The food at Craft was exceptionally good and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, we had an upsetting experience when drinks that we had never ordered were added to our bill. The bartender insisted that we had consumed them, and it took several attempts of explaining that we had not ordered the drinks before the charges were finally removed. While the issue was eventually resolved, having to repeatedly insist on something we knew we had not ordered was both disconcerting and disappointing. Aside from these issues, we had a pleasant stay. The excellent location, spacious and clean room, great view, and outstanding food at Craft were definite positives. With a warmer welcome and a more approachable service culture, as well as greater care in handling billing, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

I loved my stay at this hotel - my room was spacious, quiet and well-appointed. The hotel lobby was welcoming, the restaurant food wonderful, and the staff - both at the front desk and in the restaurant- was friendly and professional. The hotel location is superb for exploring the charming city of Wroclaw on foot. Definitely recommend the Bridge Wroclaw!

Pleasant stay but not a 5 star experience nor amenities. While the breakfast was excellent, the overall experience was well below standard due to lack of any kids amenities (not even a small kids corner) a severe lack of professionalism and training at your front desk.Upon arrival, my family and I were subjected to a 10-minute interrogation. The receptionist questioned why my children’s passports do not match my surname and demanded legal authorisations. This was a massive overreach of hotel duty, entirely unnecessary, and handled with zero discretion. Modern IDs already display parental links, and even Polish border control handles these checks with far more respect and simplicity.As a long-standing ALL member, my family’s details and extensive travel history are readily available in your system. To be treated like a criminal at check-in completely ruined our first impression.I expect your front-of-house team to be trained to handle modern family travel with basic hospitality and a polite demeanor.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel whilst Breslau was boiling due to a heatwave but well working AC made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding and compensates well for the high costs of the garage.

We had lovely stay at the hotel, location was great and close to many local attractions, bars and restaurants as well as enjoyable walk away from the old town. Our room was very comfortable, with everything we needed included. We also had bottled water replenished every day which was huge bonus with the hot weather. The saunas on the top floor were great and roof top bar served great cocktails with even better views. Would definitely stay again.
