I really loved the warm welcome from the reservation agent Laura. She has been professional and kind from the beginning to the end. THANK YOU 👸🏼 Also the fact that there was a sauna and a gym where you could relax to the fullest. The hotel had a beautiful decoration.

nice rooms, good service, and the very Team of Novotel was from the first E-Mail till my Check out always quick & kind, everything was professional and they managed everything perfectly TOP thanks for all… a lot 👍❤️💎😊👍 Unfortunately, I have to leave earlier but for sure, not because of the quality of the hotel. Sad that I had to leave earlier. Thanks a lot for everything
