How does it work?

How do you get a Suite Night Upgrade?
You earn two Suite Night Upgrades when you reach 14,000 Status points or 60 nights. When you reach 18,000 Status points, another Suite Night Upgrade will be credited to your account. You then get one extra Suite Night Upgrade each time you accumulate 4,000 additional Status points (up to 12 per year). View my vouchers
How do I use it?
You can book a stay with your Suite Night Upgrades any time:
  • On our site, by logging in to your account.
  • Through our Accor All mobile app (available on iOS and Android).
  • By contacting our reservation centre or directly contacting the hotel of your choice from those listed below.
Where can you redeem this benefit?
You can use your Suite Night Upgrades at participating hotels, under the following Luxury and Premium brands: Raffles, Faena, Delano, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, SLS, SO/, Sofitel, MGallery, 21c, Mondrian, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick and Grand Mercure.
