Due to a website issue for the Coastal Retreat Package, we arrived home from our stay to a bill for £150. Not knowing the issue at the time, contacted Reception to be told that due to the issue, what we had actually booked was just the room and breakfast. Nothing was mentioned at the spa while we were there, I booked the spa treatments from the coastal retreat package the same day I booked and paid. Extremely disappointing, and put a big dampener on what had been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Still waiting to hear back from the spa manager about the issue.
