your food apart from breakfast is not suited in the main to your client base. On Tuesday only Squires and de Luciano were open. it suits us to stay in hotel to eat but i feel you are pushing your guests to St Andrews. Your bill presentation is awful and clear as mud.

It was a short family stay but we made use of most of the facilities. However the changing rooms in the pool area were a let down. Lockers either broken open or locked shut as they were out of order. The one I did find them fit stuck and I had to go to the spa reception in my swimming costume to get someone to come and open it. Disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

Long queues at check in and second room not available until 1730 hrs, far too late. Bar tables not cleaned and service slow. No hot water in morning so moved hotels.
