Like my last experience, the hospitality and customer service at this hotel is 2nd to none. My only issue is the rooms in the tower we stayed in this time felt like it could use a design upgrade. The shower/bath combo seemed a bit dated.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we had amazing customer service. Probably not experienced at any other stay. They young lady at the front desk that helped us check in and check out was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing. The room was perfect and the hotel so well located that any place was very easy to reach.
