Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and an excellent location. The butler service was outstanding, and our family truly enjoyed the stay. One of our favorite hotels in England, and we would definitely return again.

Been staying at the Savoy for over 20 years and w recent stays in the last few years getting to know some of the staff members its very nice to return and see familiar friendly faces - pre-accor, Fairmont has always been more of a family and its always wonderful to return to the hotel and see & reconnect w friendly folks at the hotel very glad to see this is still true at the Savoy

We like the history at the hotel and were thrilled to be a part of it. Tony was great. Whoever was making up our room was wonderful. The last young bellman who helped us leaving I think his name was Abul really helped us and made us feel comfortable:
