Long weekend stay for shopping and theatre - great to see the Christmas decorations - we never felt unsafe for one minute in the hotel from a covid standpoint as everything is immaculate and the hotel team all respectfully wear masks

Very happy with the welcome, nice rooms and staff very attentive and helpful. Dinner good. Breakfast good but did not need the pastries (that is for mid-morning). Smaller teapots for one person would be good as the tea became cold quickly.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. The River restaurant, best food ever. American bar excellent and staff could not do enough for us. Lovely breakfasts in the Savoy Grill. We couldn’t fault the whole experience

Our stay at the Savoy was a surprise for my wife's birthday and I can safely say that from the moment we arrived by taxi to the moment we left after breakfast the level of service was second to none. Every staff member we came into contact with, from reception, butler, bar to restaurant and management knew about my wife's birthday and made her feel extremely special. We can't wait to return next November.

We decided to come and celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and my "Lockdown" 60th Birthday celebrations for 3 nights. We had seen the amazing standard of The Savoy depicted in the TV series and wanted to experience Christmas themed break away. From the moment we booked (emails were exceptionally welcoming and prompt) to when we stepped through the doors and then left the whole experience was amazing. There was nothing I can criticize the décor, the food, the staff attentiveness and helpfulness, everything was perfect.

Lovely weekend

On the whole, we had a marvellous weekend. One disappointment was that it took over an hour for the luggage to be delivered to our room. However, apart from that, the service and kindness of all the staff was exemplary. One improvement could be admittance to the bars in the evening. It was a bit of a scrum on both nights. Surely some better system could be found.
