As soon as we arrived, the lovely doorman took our car and parked it for us. We stepped into reception and the hotel smelled fabulous. As we went to the check in desk the lovely lady upgraded us and gave us a voucher for a glass of champagne. We had the most fabulous stay from start to finish. The room was amazing, we managed to get in to the savoy grill at very short notice, thanks to the hotel. We just thoroughly enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. We will be returning in September for my big birthday. Thankyou so much.

Ours was a three geneation "girls" family trip. Traveling with my daughter and granddaughters, we picked the Savoy because of its reputation and it lived up to it in every way possible. From correspondence before our arrivel to our early morning check out- the hotel did not miss a beat. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious. The staff from the doorman, Gensei, who welcomed us at every entry, to Kirsty and Leonardo in the dining room could not have been more welcoming to our family. Abdu and Arthur were also outstanding. At the Savoy we enjoyed outstanding breakfast delivered to our room so we could get our days started and enjoyed afternoon tea which was perfect. We had tea at another venue but that at the Savoy far surpassed the other. And, so close to the theatre district ! We saw three plays and could walk to each venue. There is not doubt that we will pick the Savoy as our only hotel in London.

At check in we were delighted to be advised we were being upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The room was magnificent, overlooking the Thames and the London Eye. We will certainly consider booking this category for our next visit..so a productive measure from The Savoy!

We had an amazing time at The Savoy. The staff was incredible. We had a lovely Rolls Royce ride to see Hamilton courtesy of the hotel, which made our evening. It's the only hotel I will stay at in London in the future.
