Took 7 hrs to have room cleaned the first day. Each trip to get into american bar was akin to negotiating with the geatapo. Room was below bround level with only slightest natural light at top. Wouldn’t stay again.

From the start to end of our stay was amazing. We came for a 66th year old birthday. We had two wheelchair users and all the staff were very supportive.

Lovely rooms and stay. Only slight negative was that we dropped our bags the day before and were told they would be in our room, but when we went there to get changed (we were at a wedding at Savoy) the bags were not there. We then had to call concierge 2-3 times and had to wait 15 minutes for bags, making us late for photos

We stayed in one of the refurbished Art Deco rooms and were impressed by the improvements. The facilities and food, as always, are outstanding. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Always an enjoyable stay. We return every year.

Excellent accommodation. The Arnold Bennett omelette was very poor..my wife's choice. My kippers were very good.
