The building is beautiful and historic, the consierge tour at 10:30 well worth doing. The spa is impressive as is the area around the hotel. Breakfast was very good, but not with an elaborate buffet like other Raffles offer. The coconut jogurt stood out. The Drawing Room dining was quite good for dinner. Overall a special experience.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, the staff is amazing and helpful. They went the extra mile to find pampers for my daughter in the middle of the night. Amazing stay.

There are three things that make the OWO stand out over and above it's competitors. First, the service is truly exceptional. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. Every member of staff is incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Second, the facilities are really second to none for a hotel in very central London. The swimming pool and spa area in the basement is truly enormous and so calm and peaceful. Perfect for a cold, rainy London day in February! Finally, the building itself is stunningly beautiful. The thoughtful renovation has resulted in a space that somehow feels both modern whilst preserving the building's interesting history and sense of old-world grandeur Overall, quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Room and hotel furnishings were excellent you provided the in room items I requested. However, all your restraints were busy we felt rushed when we asked where we could eat and my wife was left wafting 30 minis for her massages making us late for out train. Not the special weekend we hoed for.

I was pleased to read that you enjoyed the room and that the in-room items you had requested were prepared as expected. However, I am sorry that aspects of your weekend felt disorganised and fell short of the special experience you had hoped for. I regret that our restaurants were fully committed during your stay, particularly given the increased Valentine’s Day demand, and that you felt rushed when seeking dining options. Most concerning is that your wife was kept waiting for her massage, which in turn impacted your onward plans. This is certainly not the level of coordination we strive to deliver. Your comments have been duly noted and shared with the relevant department heads for review. We take such feedback seriously, as it highlights where we must improve both communication and operational flow.
