The refit is incredible, but the real stars are your staff. Every interaction with the team was top notch. From room service, to the server in The Meeting Room (reverting to the chef for special requests), the front desk, the concierge and the woman in Saison who went out of her way to accommodate an early luncheon…every staff interaction was exceptional. And the overall attitude was very positive. This is my new London hotel.

Greart property, very recently refurbished into a hotel, great rooms, great service with extremely high attention to detail. Very good choice of F&B, with more to come. And the location is at walking distance from several attractions.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Raffles London at The OWO as part of our 30th wedding anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel made our anniversary feel incredibly special with lovely celebratory touches waiting in our room, including balloons, wine, and a beautiful chocolate cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to mark the occasion. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The historic building has been restored with incredible care, and the attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. We especially loved the tour with the hotel historian, which added a fascinating layer of context to the building and its history. Our room was both beautiful and very comfortable, and every detail felt carefully considered. The location is also ideal—right in the heart of London and within easy walking distance of so many iconic and historic sites. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and we would happily return. Raffles London at The OWO is a perfect blend of history, luxury, and exceptional hospitality.

My family and I could not have had more fun at the OWO. Every time we walked through the lobby we were greeted like family and when we walked into our suite, it felt like home in the most gorgeous way possible. We were not let down by any aspect of our experience at the hotel - we were only pleasantly surprised at every turn. From afternoon tea in the Drawing Room (the best we had in London) managed by the wonderful and hilarious Olivia to quick smoothies in Pillar Kitchen, all our food experiences were A+. Butlers Phoebe and Romas took care of every detail to make us more comfortable from finding different pillows for our finickiest sleeper to same day pressing and laundering when our packing had gone awry. And the place is just beautiful. We never got tired of walking up those grand stairs and thinking about Winston Churchill doing the same in another time. The history of the building is as breathtaking as the renovations and current design. Raffles London at the OWO is a 10 out of 10.
