We keep returning to Raffles OWO because of its impeccable service and exceptional product. It is, without question, our favorite hotel in London. One of the hallmarks of truly outstanding hospitality is making guests feel at home, and the team at OWO consistently delivers on that promise. The fact that many staff members recognize us without us even having to provide our names is the level of personalized service we have come to associate with the very best of the Raffles brand. For this stay, we had booked a Westminster Suite. While the suite itself was lovely, our preference has always been for the Whitehall-facing rooms. To our delight, we were upgraded to a Corner Suite with views that were simply mesmerizing. As a history enthusiast who deeply appreciates old-world charm and heritage architecture, I found myself unable to sleep—not because of any discomfort, but because I could not stop admiring the view. It evoked the same feeling I experienced during a previous stay in the Haldane Suite, where the sense of place and history was equally unforgettable. If I were to offer one piece of feedback, it would be around upgrade recognition for loyal guests. As a recurring visitor and Accor Diamond member, I would love to see a more generous approach to suite upgrades. The hotel’s pricing has shifted upward considerably over time, and the Westminster Suite is currently excluded from upgrade eligibility—a policy I hope may be reconsidered in the future. That said, this is a truly remarkable hotel: beautifully situated, meticulously maintained, and staffed by individuals who should serve as a benchmark for the hospitality industry. We look forward to returning again and again.

Handy early check in. Beautiful well kept and clean hotel, wonderful aroma when walking in but didn’t seem to transpire throughout the upper floors. Pool and spa best hotel in London.

We recently stayed at the Raffles OWO London and had an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we encountered was warm, approachable, genuinely proud to provide outstanding service, and always willing to listen and assist in any way they could. We stayed in the magnificent Westminster Suite, which exceeded our expectations in every respect. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable, with thoughtful personal touches such as welcome canapés and birthday balloons that made me feel truly special and celebrated. The quality of the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel is of the highest standard, beautifully complementing the building's rich history and heritage. The restoration has been carried out with great care and sensitivity, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and authentic. My husband and I were incredibly impressed by every aspect of our stay. The combination of impeccable service, stunning accommodation, and thoughtful hospitality made for a truly memorable experience.
