Most elements of my stay were exceptional. The only reason I did not rate the overall experience as 10 was because my luggage was delivered to my room and I had to go looking for it at 1am in the morning.

I was invited to stay by Accor as we had a meeting at the hotel. From the moment I stepped in to the second I left, the whole team were superb. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and all went above and beyond. The room was pure luxury, from beautifully muted decor to incredibly fluffy flannels. The attention to detail is immaculate. I am really looking forward to showcasing the venue to my clients. There is just one improvement I would suggest. I was in room 407, and it was impossible to do my hair. As a woman I need to blow dry and style my hair, and while there was a great hairdryer, there was no way I could see into a mirror while drying and styling with my curlers. If an additional mirror could be added near a plug socket, this would solve for that. Then it would be perfect. Thanks
