The stay was comfortable, the hotel, rooms and all amenities were excellent. I had only one issue, which was the check-in. I asked for an early check-in, which was accepted. Then I came by 2 PM o'clock, and I stayed a very long time at the desk to get the room. He was looking the system for the around 30 min while I was standing then he reported that one room is ready and the second room will be ready soon and I went up in the first room and waiting for the second room. Then I called 3:30 and they said it is not ready then only I get the room key at 05:00 PM. I was very delyed check in.

The stay was good from start to end. It definitely could be better. firstly, we are platinum members and have always however received check it at least an hour before time, in this case, we received check in at 4pm - 1 hour after check in time. We were made to wait endlessly and after approaching them multiple times, then only were we helped. We were also duped by the manager that he is giving us complimentary drinks at the dome lounge, but that was the absolute biggest lie because we had access to the gold lounge due to our room category and not only drinks, but meals were also included during 3pm-5pm and it was already past 3pm. There is no such thing as being loyal to all Accor, I stay at all Accor everywhere around the world and we are always recognised for our loyalty and membership, but here we were treated as normal guests, not only did we have platinum status, we also booked a very high category room with gold lounge access etc - no recognition or importance at all. No other hotel of all Accor, anywhere around the world, made you feel no worthy than this hotel. The room has a telephonic with "Royal service", I suggest removing that because I have called about 6 times and only got an answer once after waiting 4 minutes whilst it was ringing. They also do take 3-40 mins to bring anything like a blanket or ice etc. Once entering, it was a gold category room, I am a platinum member - not even one fruit or welcome amenity in the room, that was the start of me being so sure that this hotel will not live up to the brand and name. I am not dying for free fruit or sweets, all I am saying is no hotel no matter room category ever gave us absolutely nothing. The service, the staff and the ambience was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again, provided the staff are trained well enough to give recognition to members who choose all Accor, because we do not get that membership overnight, we spend a lot of money and loyalty to ensure we reach status and points etc. My sister called 4 times trying to secretly arrange a cake for me, because it was my birthday trip - it took her 4 calls to try and get help. They finally called back after 30 minutes and I answered and it was no longer a surprise. Her whole surprise idea failed because of the incompetence of the staff. I have never said anything bad about any all Accor hotel - this was the worst experience.
