We had most luxurious experience with raffles with everything taken care in details. Amazing food from breakfast to dinner . Great service from everyone. Very convenient to travel in golf cart for some drop off provided complementary by raffles. If in Doha must stay in Raffles.

Firstly i would like to say that, the checkin process was definitely the worst i have ever experienced. The manager doing checkin does not try to understand anything. Despite adding breakfast during checkin, we had to wait in morning at the restaurant lobby for quite long, felt embarrassed as this was left to be added. Although she later come at my request to apologize but that is not mistake, a brand like Raffles can afford. Room was clean, housekeeping was good, butler was excellent, F and B team was exceptional. I believe the checkin process need change in management. The leader is someone who can shape the team. Its front desk, first impression, this should be exceptional.
