Great experience and grateful with the early check in and the room upgrade, therefore sharing the following: 1) SPA area is great and need a type of clock to be aware of time inside the STEAMROOM. 2) Should let the guests know about the shower sandals at check in. I was worried that my Mother would fall and laid towels on the slippery floor and gave the idea of engraving the image of the hotel in the area underneath the shower when I was checking out. 3) Miscommunication regarding the already paid breakfast and was told at the restaurant entrance that I had to walk down to the lobby and unable to resolve issue over the phone. Refused to walk down to the lobby and while waiting for someone from the lobby to come up, decided not worth it to wait and choose not to have breakfast there. If coming back to DOHA, hoping that my feedback will help me earn a discount.
