Was a great experience specially the employees (Hellen the assistant) she was very polite and helpful. But one comments they refused to bring the outside orders to the room also they asked the guest to go to gate one to take the order it’s not respectful to the vip guest and such a very bad Decision! it have to be delivered to the room

Great service, the staff were all engaging with my daughter and made her feel so special. Raffles even had robes and slippers for toddlers which made her feel included. The room and sea view was stunning. The decor of the lobby, lift, hallways everything we're designed perfectly. I love the special touches of cake, balloons,fruits and petals that were provided for our anniversary.
