I recently stayed at Raffles and would like to sincerely thank Frederic for his exceptional hospitality, positive attitude, and warm smile. I would also like to thank Eyad for his professionalism and kindness. They both made my stay truly enjoyable. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the Concierge team, which I also reported to the Front Desk during my check-out. On several occasions, I called the Concierge regarding my delivery, but no one answered. I fully understand and respect the hotel's policy that outside deliveries cannot be brought to guest rooms, which is why I came down to the lobby myself. When I informed the Concierge that I had tried calling several times without any response, the staff showed very little interest in helping. Their attitude was cold, there was no apology, and I was left waiting in the lobby for quite some time while they handled my request very slowly. My disappointment was not with the hotel's policy, but with the lack of hospitality, professionalism, and urgency shown by the Concierge team. For reference, the Concierge staff involved were two employees: one was a tall blond gentleman, and the other was a shorter gentleman whom I believe may have been of Indian nationality. I am mentioning this only to help identify the individuals involved. Aside from this experience, I truly enjoyed my stay, and I hope this feedback will help maintain the exceptional service standards that Raffles is known for.
