An iconic building, luxurious suites with some "bugs" in the smart home experience, but a cordial team that fixes everything and takes great care of the guests so that we had an outstanding vacation experience: Omar made every breakfast an exquisite culinary journey, Jean-Pierre and the butler team with high creativity to turn every issue into something surprisingly good and overall Martin Knaier, Nasra and the whole hotel team always demonstrated that they are keen to create a luxurious home for us. THANK YOU!!!

First time in Qatar and definitely won't be the last. A beautiful city with culture. The hotel was luxury on another level, I have stayed in Burj al arab and this was much better. The suites were exquisite with attention to detail to every aspect.

Great experience. Luxurious property. There is some deficiency in service though. Everyone was friendly and helpful but for the hotel caliber, I would expect a more attentive service from the suite butler. There is confusion amongst staff when asked about facilities. Everyone will give a different answer. But all did there best to be helpful. Maybe more staff numbers and training would improve the experience further.
