The room was nice but when i booked i asked for the urban signature suite and i was informed that the gulf is bigger and had more space but i was disappointed by the size to be honest .. i would've booked somewhere else with bigger suite for this price + I specifically asked for the arrangement no balloons and no anniversary message on the cake but still had both .. the water pressure in the toilet was not the best and couldn’t open the ceiling shower only the handle .

We booked two Urban Suites for our family. It was a very busy weekend for us, with a hectic schedule, as our son’s graduation was held at the same hotel. We also had a breakfast appointment at a different hotel, but none of this made us feel tired or uncomfortable because of the excellent service at Raffles. The staff made everything easy and comfortable for us from arrival through the entire stay. We were escorted to our rooms and given a short orientation of the facilities, which we truly appreciated. Special shout‑out to Iya for being so pleasant and accommodating. Her professionalism and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable.
