We had an amazing stay, highlighted by a wonderful suite upgrade, good breakfast, and relaxing SPA treatments. However, our overall experience was marred by very poor service at the SPA reception. Despite having pre-booked and paid 800 Riyal (which is above the actual 700 Riyal treatment price for 1 person) along with our hotel reservation, the receptionist was highly unprofessional and treated us with suspicion. It was a disappointing contrast to an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Below standard on interior wise Example : elevators smelled dusty and weird The floor 12 corridors seemed unfinished like its under renovation or construction Im not sure. The room : had a problem with the a/c but got fixed quick thanks to the engineer, the ipad was not working due to charging issue but not fixed so I charged it with my own charger the room wood floorings were damaged and it was noticeable, both bidets pressure was so low the shower had an issue every 3 minutes or so it disconnects and I need to re-select the temperature and power of the pressure . In room dining : the variety of the menu is under-expected from a 5-star hotel , the quality of the food was ok for a normal restaurant . Spa : As a guest wanting to visit the spa and finds out that jacuzzi is provided only with reservations for treatments is fine , but the size of the amenities if I’m not having a treatment is ridiculously tiny the plunge pool won’t fit even 3 so disappointed with it. Overall : my rating is about the property itself it doesn't stand up to raffles standards from interior to quality of maintenance to spa.
