While we are pleased to hear that you appreciated the elegance of the hotel and enjoyed your time at Blue Cigar, we are truly sorry that the overall experience fell short of expectations. As custodians of this hotel, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of hospitality, and it is disheartening to learn that we did not deliver on this promise during your visit. I sincerely regret the challenges you faced from the technical issues with the Wi-Fi and in-room iPad, to the missed opportunities in service from our butler, concierge, and housekeeping teams. I fully understand how these moments, compounded by a difficult booking experience and an unwelcoming arrival experience, have led to a disappointing stay. Please know that this is not the level of attentiveness, warmth, or care that we strive to provide. We have taken your comments seriously and are actively addressing the areas you have highlighted, and have since used this as a learning for us to better represent ourselves better from hereon.
