We have full understanding that the current circumstances are challenging but we didn't recieve any information that everything in the hotel would be closed. If we would have got that information we would never have checked in. We decided to check out early since we did not enjoy our stay and moved back to Ritz-Carlton where they have more staff and larger facilities.
