Good but need improvement

Check in no order, lead to people to jump over you when is your turn, sadly in this region you need to create limits and in this case create zones for line and wait. Your hotel doesn't have them which leads to that. Valet service amazing, your guys exceed expectations hipe you make them aware of that. Employees attitude great you have a 10 in that but information given at check in was poor, they don’t tell benefits for your packages and they still make error on bracelets, it seems they are not properly trained for that position. Restaurant food amazing and delicious you have another 10 Rooms not bad. But a 7-8 rating maybe Bathroom on one room flooded and was all a mess, your telephones buttons none of it works and in one room not even the phone was working, at the end discovered that pressing 0 was to call the operator and not the button designed for it, so it took some time to call and report. Response from maintenance team was amazingly fast and effective, you got a 10 in that. After they told they will send house keeping to help cleaning bathroom but they never arrived you have a zero there. One television was disconnected from electricity and took around 20 minutes to manage to connect it again as its not easy accessible. Don't know why it wasn't connected in first place. All TV in arabic poor options in english, i understand the region but as an international hotel that cant be, my daughters were bored and unhappy for that specially so few options in English for them. Shampoo option for bathroom you got an 11 in that keep it as it is. Room carpet or rug not clean a lot of stains, food or drinks, give a bad impression of the maintenance. A valid point is the family environment, really flt and liked it a lot. All the entertainment around lobby was great to enjoy.

Excellent Stay

I have booked all inclusive one night with Rixos and we really had a great time. We had early check in at 2pm and we went to the waterpark and took lunch. My son enjoyed his nuggets in the kids restaurant and me and my husband went to Asian restaurant. We then proceed to our hotel room and the view was amazing with the waterpark in background. We then swim in the hotel pool and took some vodka in the pool bar. At night, we had dinner in the turqouise restaurant and spend some time in M2 as well. The next day, we had a fantastic time at Meryal Waterpark and my son enjoyed the slides. I will come back soon and will book for 2 nights!

Delayed one hour at the counter from 3 - 4 to check in then I was delayed 30 min to prepare my room and at 5 the beach is closed !!! Beach should be open even at night with drinks and food to relax as no activity after 5
