Overall. we had a pleasant family stay Although we experienced a few issues during our visit, the hotel management handled them professionally A special thank vou to Ms. Rawan Al Bawab who insisted on meeting us personally before we checked out, sincerely apologized, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care left a very positive impression on us. She also assured us that they would make it up to us and that our next stay would be a much better and more enjoyable experience which we truly appreciate. One area that could be improved is the nandling of lost personal belongings. About a week after our stay, I realized that my QID was missing. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that it had been found. I pelieve it would have been more professional if I had been contacted as soon as it was discovered, as a QID is a very important personal document. Ne are looking forward to our next visit anc hope it reflects the excellent level of service the hotel aims to provide. We will be happy to update our review after our next stay based on that experience.

The rooms should be ready before check in time. We had only one night stay but was told yo wait for an hour as the room was not ready..then only one room was provided and we were asked to wait for an another hour. The emenities in toilet of room 2229 were missing even upon asking they provided very late night..it seemed like a lot of time was wasted in all this...Customer service needs improvement

I booked a sea view room, no one informed me that included construction sites. When I checked in, they gave me park view without informing me, I had to call multiple times and visit the reception multiple times for them to then finally give me a sea view (what I chose), which then I discovered was not sea view at all, it had a view of construction sites with on going drilling and construction noise. I then went back to reception to inform them and the ladies at the desk were not helpful at all, didn’t even apologize, said that thats why they gave me park view initially, and made it sound like I was the problem because I was unsatisfied with both of their options. When I wanted to cancel my stay they said that a refund wasn’t possible because I already used a room (where I sat and waited for them to change my room). They said there was nothing they could do to help. I was extremely frustrated and about to cry because it was 4 hours into my stay and I still didn’t have the room that I actually paid for and booked. I then spoke to the manager Mr. Maher, who was extremely kind and understanding and apologetic. He took the time to show me a third option that was half sea view and half park view and confirmed it once I approved, as well as offering me a late check-out to make up for my wasted time. However this is not the kind of service or behavior I’ve ever experienced or expected from a hotel like Rixos.
