We are a family of three, and this was our 19th hotel experience in Qatar. To keep it short and simple, this hotel definitely tops our list so far! What made it stand out for us as a family is the all-out experience—from the luxurious surroundings and beautiful location to the pools, beach, water park, and, of course, the generous selection of complimentary food and beverages for guests. This is something we haven’t experienced in our previous hotel stays, and it truly made our stay extra special. The food deserves a special mention! 🍽️ There were so many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we loved that food and beverages were available generously throughout the stay. The complimentary drinks in the room refrigerator were also a lovely plus! For families, the facilities are definitely a highlight. There is so much to enjoy, and you can easily spend the whole day at the hotel without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Just a little tip: skip the Monday booking if you’re looking forward to the water park, as it is closed on Mondays. A few areas for improvement The front desk could use a little more support, especially during busy periods. We also experienced some inconsistencies when asking for information. For example, when we asked about the kids' club, we were given different directions by different staff members. Some staff were also a little less warm and welcoming in the way they communicated. We also requested a late check-out on a weekday, but unfortunately, it wasn't granted. No worries, though—we completely understand that it depends on availability. Overall, these were minor points compared with everything the hotel has to offer. The facilities, food, family-friendly atmosphere, and overall experience truly made this stay memorable for us. We had such a wonderful time as a family, and we're already looking forward to coming back! Definitely a hotel we would happily visit again.
