We have had the pleasure of staying with you more than four times on different dates, and on each occasion, we experienced genuine happiness and comfort. What truly stood out was the professionalism and exceptional attitude of your team, starting from Mr. Maher, Duty Manager, to all staff across various departments. Our experience was especially memorable for our children as well. During our stay, we initially had some concerns due to the current circumstances; however, we were truly impressed by the high level of safety, security, and vibrant atmosphere within the hotel. It was also a delightful surprise to witness the opening of the water park during our stay, which clearly reflects the strong sense of safety and confidence in your operations. The venue and establishment is beyond perfect. The restaurant for breakfast & dinner was world class The pool bar location is fair The kids club - maybe the new one will be better? The indoor door gym superb. The outdoor gym stunning. The beach area nice. Ofcourse the surrounding area needs a little more work. Maybe have the outdoor gym there too? No water activities available? The table tennis 🏓 equipment can be upgraded and cleaned & maybe have 1 more near pool area? Staff: Front office - Adam & Zeynub & Leila top performers Call center - needs some work Pool bar staff - most professional achievers Restaurant staff - average. Chefs - over achievers Maintanance team - fair Gym staff - friendly but can be better Pool life guards - need to control the area better especially as adult pool, was more of a children’s pool and young children (13 years old) smoking at the family pool. May be better to get more security involved at both pools? Overall a stunning venue & wonderful staff. Wishing them well during the next few tough months ahead

We went for a 2-night all-inclusive staycation at Rixos with a family friend. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. There was a large difference in the reservation fees — almost double for the same type of rooms (double connecting rooms) — which left us upset. On top of that, the food quality was poor, and not everything was available. Overall, we are unhappy with the situation and the service from the team
