Overall, our stay at the hotel was good and comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the general ambiance was pleasant. However, I would like to highlight one area that needs improvement. When we contacted customer service for assistance-such as requesting extra bed and asking to lock the interconnecting rooms-the response time was very slow. It took a long time for the service to be provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from this delay in service response, the overall experience was positive. I hope that hotel can improve its customer service response time in the future.

The service is excellent. Alli at Concierge, Oshidi at Reception and Rashid at the porters went out of their way to assist my family. They were warm, helpful and friendly to my children. Their character, their generosity and their compassion will never be forgotten. Alli is truly an asset to your company. He offered service with a smile. He made sure that our every need was met. My children believe that he is a legend!! We will forever hold him in high regard. Please do honuor Alli as the most valuable employee in your company. Oshidi is the most pleasant and accommodating person at Reception. Please value her the way she deserves. Rashid was amazing with my children! He made himself available each time we had a request for assistance. He deserves a high recognition in your company. Overall, we have had the privilege of meeting these 3 amazing people who made a huge difference to our stay at the Rixos. Alli, Oshidi and Rashid - You will always be remembered! Not that good stay, arrived at 11:30am, checked-in at almost 3pm, the room not ready, room attendant said to come back to get the room ready but did not came back. No dental kit given for both rooms, waited for more than 2 hours for a dental kit, we kept calling till we diceded to stay in the reception to give dental kit and waited for 30mins. It was raining during our first day, so we did not enjoy the theme park, 1 day stay was wasted. We request to extend our stay for 1 day but they said it's fully booked, but we checked online rooms are available.
