I was quite disappointed with my stay. Having stayed at the Rixos gulf hotel last year I expected this hotel to be of the same quality but it wasn’t. We had to move room at 10pm due to a leaked bathroom. The new room also had a leak which engineers had to look at. The dinner was of a poor standard and so was breakfast. The coffee was not good and it lead to me wanting to have breakfast and dinner removed from my package. I’m thankful that the General Manager approved removing dinner from my package. The gentleman who helped us move room was really helpful and understanding of the situation - thank you!

Too many little problems

After great experience in Rixos Gulf few month ago I was exited to come to Rixos Qetaifan Island North for my next vacation! The problems started right away... Even though on the reception I was told that hotel was less than 50% occupied, I had to wait over 4 hours before I got the room... Later in the day after taking shower I realized that water is not going down the drainage. I had to report it twice and almost flooded the room before drainage was finally cleaned! The main restaurant only served breakfast and dinner. To get a lunch I had to spend at least TWO hours waiting for food in secondary restaurant! But I came for vacation and wanted to have good time so I accommodated as much as possible and tried to enjoy my time and beautiful weather. The bright spot was - willingness people to help! I want personally mention hotel manager Emille, restaurant manager Natalia, pool bartender Umat and team at the lobby coffee shop for being extremely pleasant and accommodating! But in the end if you ask me would I go back to this hotel or recommend it to a friend - I would almost definitely say NO

1. Delay in check in. 2. Bad clean for Room and found many underwears and bra for previous customers. 3. Te rack was empty nd we asked house keep to fill but no response. These are majour items, thats why staying with your hotel is not recommended. Emad A. Thank you
