Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of your room. However, we are truly sorry that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. The receptionist explained that we are currently in the process of replacing beds in several rooms, and unfortunately the rooms with the new bedding were not yet ready upon your arrival. We would also like to clarify that at no point were you asked to change rooms during your stay. We simply informed you that it might be necessary to temporarily arrange and store your belongings so that our technicians could replace the bed in your room. We understand that this situation may have caused frustration after your journey, and we regret that the communication did not feel as smooth and welcoming as it should have been. We also sincerely apologize if you felt uncomfortable with the handling of your personal belongings during housekeeping service. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to ensure greater care and attention moving forward.
