Regarding our location, our hotel is indeed situated outside the city center, but this allows us to offer convenient access to several key destinations: Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport, major highways, the Groupama Stadium, the LDLC Arena, and the Grand Parc Miribel Jonage. The tramway nearby also provides easy access to Lyon city center, Part-Dieu train station and shopping center in less than 30 minutes. It has the recognized quality of Ibis hotels. This particular one has some aspects that could be improved, starting with better signage for the hotel entrance for those arriving on foot – the access road to the pedestrian entrance is not well signposted, I had to take a huge detour and enter from the car side. Being a location a bit far from the center of Lyon and with few amenities nearby, I found the price a bit excessive for the average daily rate of Ibis hotels.

I had a very pleasant stay at the ibis hotel in Lyon. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially David at the reception. Breakfast could be improved by offering a wider selection of hot dishes like omelettes.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time in two months. The price was over double the price of my first stay and the experience by far disappointing. I arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring day at the Paysalia 2025 show. My room was cold and I wasn't able to increase the heating because of device issues. Reception desk checked and confirmed the problem and installed an electric stove in my room. Not really what I would expect for a 250€ per night room rate. Which I had to pay for two nights imediately upon arrival.

Nous sommes arrivés le vers 22 heures le personnel a été très accueillant ils m’ont aidé à monter mes bagages la chambre pour PMR est spacieuse nous avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et la encore le personnel a aidé ma femme qui est en en fauteuil roulant tous c’est très bien passé nous sommes vraiment très content si nous devons revenir sur Lyon à coup sûr nous réserverons dans le même hôtel merci beaucoup
