I found the corridors were often dirty with items on the floor. I was also disappointed with the room - I have paid for a Deluxe King Balcony room that I had previously stayed in. However this room was much smaller than the previous room I had been in - I booked this to stay with my children based on the size of the previous room but would not have booked it had I known it was very different. I am not sure why the same amount is charged for rooms that are so different.

Hotel is lovely. Rooms spacious and very well equipped although no fan in bathroom? The rooftop pool is glorious. But I was frustrated by the entry as parking was confusing and not very clear. I walked from car to inside a restaurant then someone helped me find the actual hotel reception. The parking if two cars one in front of the other is peculiar and felt weird. Once in our room we felt more relaxed. But food choices felt limited and we ended up getting uber eats quite late.

We have stayed twice this year. The staff are beautiful and extremely gracious. Our room was luxurious and we had fabulous meals at the in house restaurants- In particular the Golden Lilly Chinese Restaurant.

Very loud air con, pillow and beddings very uncomfortable, not able to provide other options of pillow, good side, nice rooftop pool with bbq facility
