I stayed for one night . Could not sleep at all . The bed is uncomfortable with heavy thick pillow. The air quality in room was poor with bad odour. The toilet amenities are minimum no dental kit etc.

Shower drain was clogged, and the bedding was full of human hair and food crumbs and blood stain. A sign not washed or changed or washing company not doing a good job.

Friendly, warm, welcoming, professional team at reception. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, although we had issues with the AC. Room kept getting quite warm in the middle of the night. We tried various settings without success. Our room was on the main road on Level 4. It was noisy. To be able to hear the pedestrian signal over night was annoying. The Cafe downstairs is never open on time. Signage says 0730, and we attempted 0800, 0830, 0845 and was never open on time.

Comfortable and tidy but bedsheets, underside of blanket and pillow have multiple stains like footprint, hairs found on bed and pillows, mugs are not clean, kitchen areas have funky smell. Enjoyed the spacious room and amenities provided.
