Room was very small but ok. The GYM was very small, max 3 people can be inside at a time else it will be suffocating. Breakfast was not worth for the money paid.

I do like this hotel, but experience was way worse than last time. The young lady who checked me in seemed to dislike me. Offered the 2 check ins ahead of me help with bags - I don’t need it but why ask everyone else? Then the bloke ahead was offered late checkout if he joined Accors loyalty program. I’m Diamond and was offered nothing . Didn’t need it but . I was just like Ok then, So I just remember I didn’t feel welcome at all.

Easy check in with Valet parking. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was spacious and shower pressure was great. cleaning was excellent. We found all the staff to be friendly and very accommodating. The hotel location was right for us and we enjoyed the restaurant on two occasions, could not fault a thing, will definitely stay again.

I booked Peppers Waymouth for its central location and places within walking distance as I did not have a hire car and intended to use public transport. The room was most comfortable and the bathroom was marvellous. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the plumbing in the next room, which was a bit 'invasive' and unexpected. Everything else made for a good experience. When I went to adjust the room temperature gauge, it actually came off the wall and I had several attempts to try and get it to stay back on the screw. Recommend getting this fixed. Overall, I wish I had more time and would stay at Peppers again.

2nd time here and only back because it was a cheap price. Person who checked us in was not friendly. No slippers or bathrobes that usually go with a 5-star accommodation. Pool was nice. It was a drama to get a bottle of sparkling water as a free drink. Haven't had this problem before or any other 5-star hotel.

Comfortable stay. Nice clean room. Bath was relaxing and clean. Although the rooms are very hot on a 30 degree day. The air conditioning does not work very well. Pillows are very comfortable and so was the bed. I had a good night rest. What let me down was the buffet breakfast.. The hot food was very cold and unappealing. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Whilst room was nice along wthi F&B team my stay was frustrating I checked in aa a platinum booked 2 room through the App. For what ever reason the booking had been adjusted into the name of the male person i was travelling with. At check in a male blamed me as it must of been how i booked.... I had emails showing it all correct and had booked slot of rooms over the years so I knew i hadnt done this. I oaid for the 2 rooms and continue to chase the invoice for second room The guest inn second room was charged $5 for something we have no idea what as didnt use mini bar. He’s followed up and no reply. This is charged to my card. I also enquired and no response. Poor experience with outstanding issues still
