Good facilities and clean room, but the dryer was not operational.

Dear B., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us at BreakFree Adelaide. We are pleased to hear you found the room very clean and that our facilities and proximity to the medical precinct suited your needs. I would also like to gently clarify a few of the points you raised, so you have a full understanding of how our processes work. Regarding the dryer, we weren’t made aware of any issue during your stay. We always encourage guests to let us know immediately if something isn’t working as expected, as our maintenance team can usually resolve it promptly or offer an alternative option. Even so, we will double-check the appliance to ensure everything is in proper order. With respect to the disabled parking, our bays are installed according to the building’s approved plans and compliance requirements. The layout is fixed due to structural design; however, we do understand that some vehicles and mobility needs vary, and we will reassess the markings to see if any practical improvements can be made. Regarding the difficulty booking several months in advance, availability can sometimes appear limited due to event holds or early-season allocations that are not yet released. This is a standard industry process, but I’m sorry if it made planning your stay more challenging. For the tax invoice, as your reservation was made through a third-party travel website, the tax invoice must be issued directly by that platform, as they processed and collected the payment. This is a common requirement across hotels. We are always more than happy to provide a folio showing your stay details, but the invoice itself comes from the booking channel. Your comments about the landscaping have been passed on to our maintenance team. While the irrigation system operates on a timed cycle, weather conditions and heat can sometimes make areas appear drier than they actually are. Even so, we will take another look to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Thank you again for sharing such detailed feedback.
