The hotel is well located. The service was very good. The room is clean. The wifi is extremely bad. I was unable to use the Accor wifi to use the interest for basic use, let alone business use.

The room and staff were good. Avoid staying over the back rooms if possible. I was put in a back room again and had next to no sleep both nights due to other guests having a domestic dispute all night. It has been a totally different experience the times I've stayed in the front rooms as they are so much quieter.

We had to book through another company as we couldn't get anyone at the reception to answer to book. We were just staying over night for a Performance and leaving the next day, so the apartment was more than enough. Unfortunately the bathroom door was off the track, which my husband fixed easily enough. Disappointingly the carpet was a trip hazard as it was bunkled up.
