Adelaide Rockford is a 4-star CBD hotel in the West End arts precinct, minutes from the Adelaide Oval, Convention Centre, casino, shopping, and dining. Notice: Rooftop pool and bar renovations run from July 20 to February 2027. Level 5 and the pool are closed during this period. Work occurs Monday-Saturday, 7am-4pm, with a strict noise ordinance in place until 9am to minimize disruption. As an ALL Member, we appreciate your patience as we build a brand-new rooftop experience for 2027.

From Monday July 20th, we are beginning the work to complete our rooftop pool & bar project, now expected to finish Feb 2027. Demolition work starts Mon, Aug 3. We will do all we can to minimize disruption to your stay. Trades will be on site Mon-Sat, 7am-4pm (a noise ordinance is in place until 9am). During this period, Level 5 and the rooftop pool deck are strictly closed to guests. We look forward to bringing you an improved rooftop experience in 2027!

Disappointed that I found someone's old pair of socks under my bed in my room, made me feel like room wasn't cleaned overly well. Towels were old thread bare and scratchy, a simple upgrade of towels would make a difference. Bed was comfortable aside from this. Buffet breakfast was a bit average the hashbrowns and bacon were dried out/overcooked. Also we had booked here for convenience of location for business trip, and I had accidentally whilst eating bfast at 9.57am realised check out was at 10am not 10.30am, so i quickly went to the desk and explained at reception my muddle up, the receptionist said that was fine, and mentioned no additional charge, I quickly went up to my room and gathered my items up and went downstairs to check out and then noticed I've been charged $10 on my card and i am unsure why? If it is a late checkout fee for 10mins or so I feel that is ridiculous, it will make us reconsider booking here again. The staff were all generally polite and friendly just not great clarity here.
