Thank you for choosing to stay with us while attending your training in Adelaide. We are delighted to hear that you had a seamless check-in and found your room to be spacious and comfortable. It is also great to know that the shower pressure and the quality of our bedding contributed to a restful stay. We are particularly pleased that you enjoyed a lovely glass of red at the bar and received excellent service from our team. As an ALL Member, we value your loyalty and sincerely apologize that your experience was marred by administrative frustrations. We are pleased to hear that you found your room to be nice and well-maintained, but we deeply regret the persistent billing issues you encountered at the bar. We understand how disappointing it is to spend thirty minutes of your departure time resolving errors, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure our billing systems are more accurate and efficient moving forward. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of transparency regarding our restaurant and bar hours. It is regrettable that the vouchers provided in exchange for our sustainability initiatives were unusable due to these closures. This is certainly not the experience we intend to provide, and we will be looking into more flexible options for our guests when on-site facilities are limited. We appreciate your patience while we addressed these matters and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We are very sorry for the frustration caused by the communication regarding your late arrival. Receiving a call that felt unwelcoming is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will be addressing this with our front office team to ensure our communication remains professional and accommodating at all hours. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the room décor and the noise levels on the 3rd floor. Being located in a vibrant part of the city can present challenges with external noise, and we are sorry this impacted your family's rest. Furthermore, we understand that the limited food and beverage hours during the Easter weekend were disappointing.
