We stayed in the King deluxe suite room 223 which was spacious and nicely furnished. Comfortable bedding with all amenities required. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel and was very pleased with the meals and service. I'd suggest to have a TV channel list in the room as foxtel channels aren't listen on TV. On-site parking was a let down as we had to park in carpark across the road and walk in rain to hotel with baggage.

Unfortunately it is limited however I do encourage that hopefully the next time you wish to book with us that you reserve a space at that time so we can ensure a better access within the hotel. Was fine but we were first allocated a room which already had guests in it!

Couldn't access our room as it was already being used by other guests. We're then taken to another room after tinhimg reception.

I booked through the great state vouchers and it had said that parking was included which it wasn't it also said that we were in a king suite but when we had checked in we were put in a queen room with no space we had to go back to the desk and show the email finally got the right room but was charged an extra 99$ overall will not be back again. We were there to celebrate our 18 year anniversary and were left very disappointed

Had a great stay ... rooms fresh, stylish and a awesome shower. Minor fault in sliding bathroom door which jams fingers easily. Great staff. (wheel chair ramp after hours needs to be ensured accessible as this entrance was locked and resulted in minor inconvenience.

Overnight stay state government short stay vouchers . Thankyou to the state government and the hotel for the promotion. We really enjoyed the stay. It is a shame to see things so quiet in relation to Covid restrictions as we loved our stay and would be happy to stay again

The rooms in this hotel is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem in staying in this hotel is that there is no parking unless you book the limited parking available in the hotel which is in my opinion costly.

A lovely hotel which was very central to the CBD. Spacious rooms and reasonably quite considering the location in the "party" district. Check in was efficient and we were allowed into our room early and breakfast had a good variety. Staff were very helpful

Although this hotel stay was pleasant and quiet, it was lacking in a number of areas 1. Recognition of status as a Diamond member was almost non existent. I was given an upgraded room but it was not really what I would consider an upgrade given the room location 2. Breakfast was just poor. You could order a plate of hot food e.g bacon, scrambled eggs (not choice of type), a sausage and a hash brown with a slice of toast. There was no other choice for hot food and if you wanted a Barista coffee you paid extra along with other items. Not really up to normal Novotel standards

I have stayed at the Rockford many times over the years. I recently had to stay for some self quarantine for travel for business. Their renovation has been completed so the ambiance and facilities have been improved. Their great service and attitude remains the reason that I keep coming back.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and is adequate for the needs of a business traveller. It it is relatively small hotel but very clean and friendly staff. Located next to the university and near a lot of restaurants and cafes.

Location was great. However parking was limited. I was told I needed to book but there was no option to book on Accor.com. Limited restaurant options and no room service which staying for 8 nights was frustrating. The room keys are hyper sensitive and if placed near your phone lose they memory and need to be reprogrammed. The breakfast offer was pretty average and the coffee was undrinkable. It was disappointing that the hotel didn't recognise my Accor loyalty when others who were non Accor members got room upgrades and I didn't? It felt like the hotel wasn't an Accor hotel and has a confused identity

First hotel stay since Covid. As expected, hand sanitizers at lobby and lift doors. Lifts limited to a maximum of 2 and as there was only one lift, may be a long wait if the hotel is full. Room was spacious. However I found the shower facilities limited as only a fixed shower head was installed. Prefer shower heads that can be held and directed when needed. A fixed shower is very restrictive. Great service from staff in restaurant. Due to Covid, instead of self serve, staff took your order and brought it to you. Very helpful in meeting our requests for fried eggs instead of the scrambled eggs on order. Limited number of parking spaces. Suggest pre-booking a spot if you are driving.
