We chose a room with a kitchenette as we were staying 5 nights and were given room 23 on the ground floor which was easy access from the lobby. The room was large clean and tidy which included a comfortable lounge with smart TV and table and chairs. The bedroom had a king bed which could be separated from the living area with large glass sliding doors.

Room wasn’t great. Very dusty.

However, we sincerely apologise that the condition of your room fell far short of expectations. We take your comments regarding the dust, the condition of the kettle, and the poor WiFi connectivity very seriously. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide, especially for our regular corporate guests. Your review has been shared directly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the room is thoroughly detailed, the kettle is replaced, and the internet access issues are investigated immediately. The hotel was clean but rooms is not as clean as i expected but not too bad i would say
