We are pleased to hear that you noticed and enjoyed the upgrades to our breakfast selection and found the mattress more comfortable than on previous stays. However, we appreciate your honest feedback regarding the areas where we could improve. We are sorry for the disruption caused by the frosted glass bathroom door during your husband's early start, and we understand how the light transfer can be frustrating when trying to sleep. Your comments regarding the uneven floor level and carpet in the room have been passed directly to our maintenance team to investigate and rectify as a priority, as guest comfort and safety are extremely important to us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a vibrating wall and noise from the spa pump in the room above, especially late at night and during a business trip when a good night's rest is essential. While we are glad the team was able to change your room, we are very sorry that this issue occurred in the first place. Your comments regarding the pump noise have been passed on to our maintenance and management teams to review closely so we can prevent this from affecting future stays.
