From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcomed and incredibly well looked after. The service was nothing short of outstanding — warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. To our surprise and delight, we were generously upgraded, which completely elevated our stay. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel luxurious without being pretentious. Worst checkout experience ever. Told ' you can go now'. Recommend professional development for basic social skills for employee who clearly hates their and / or people. Unable to recommend and won't stay again with this group.

We stayed for 6 nights. The location was central to the city centre making it convenient to drive and explore the Adelaide Hills, Barossa and McLaren Vale regions. The King room was comfortable and the restaurant had a great fine dining experience. We were provided an upgrade but did not like the upgraded room (you had to go up the stairs to the bedroom whilst the sitting area and bathroom was downstairs) so asked to be moved to a standard king room where all the facilities were on one level. Staff were attentive and helpful during our stay.
