Travelled to Adelaide as my husband had been in a motorbike accident and was airlifted to Royal Adelaide Hospital. I wasn't sure how long he would be in hospital, or how long he would need back at the hotel before being able to travel back to NSW. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who were very supportive and helpful. On top of the absolutely outstanding service, the hotel itself is beautiful. Super clean with really obliging front desk, housekeeping and room service staff, great location (across the road from the free tram) and around the corner from all the restaurants and amenities you could wish for.
