Hotel, room, staff, service, food & location all very good. 1 small issue was the temperature in the bar/restaurant...too cold, customers & even staff were complaining. Staff advised that they can't make any temperature adjustments.

Pleasant stay at Playford. Nicley appointed and furnished rooms. Comfortable bed. Only negatives were my welcome gift was not there upon checking into my room which I was told ws there - I called and it was brought straight up, neither of the Pelaton bikes were working (which is seeming to be a common occurrence across Accor properties I've noted), and my early check in was not ready.
