Stay was lovely. The hotel is clean, a great location and was very comfortable. However, I got woken up and couldn't sleep for an hour or so in the middle of the night due to people coming home late and chit chatting / laughing / slamming doors. Was a bit annoying. Not really the hotels fault but you pay good money for a room and experience and other patrons can impact the experience significantly. I think when it comes to booking rooms, they should put families with young children on one level and young people and groups on other levels. Maybe this would be better (if even possible).
