Shocking booking system, rude staff that checked us in, dirty .. I mean filthy and sticky rooms. No hot water!!!! Even filthy bedding, smelly entrance. Hated every second

nice big room, TV not working. Assistant came and said he would have to call someone else as thought box missing(?) Desk lamp dangerous as blinking on and off (loose wire) . Was a smoky smell in the room which we did not mention to the desk.
