The first room I booked was a bit gross, the carpet was stained and there was a family of cockroaches living in the fridge area. As a result, the receptionists were able to give me a different room. All of the receptionists I interacted with were friendly and very helpful which I appreciated, despite the uncleanliness of the first room.
