We came to Adelaide for the tennis tournament and the Grosvenor was perfectly located for that. Additionally, we were within a few minutes walk of places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Very old and dark rooms. Windows filthy and I could not look at them. Musty smelling so we purchased a deodoriser to spray around the room. Outside the hotel did not feel safe coming and going, especially at night, though the hotel itself felt secure. We were booked to stay a further 2 nights later in the week, but rebooked elsewhere so we didn't have to go back.
