Checkin was very simple and smooth. My room was ready well in advance which was really helpful. The room itself was quite satisfactory although the TV was a reasonable distance away from the bed which made watching from in bed a little bit of a stretch. Nothing major of course. Power-points with USB charging slots would be an enhancement worth making.

The facilities were comfortable and all we needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Great location close to theatres, the museum, library and Botanical Gardens.

good location for the railway station, basic hotel, let down by housekeeping or lack of it, Bathroom not cleaned properly and no room make up during a 2 night stay
