As I was travelling on my own I found the location of this hotel so convenient and excellent. The staff were so caring and helpful. It was a delightful stay and would chose this hotel again should I ever be in Adelaide.

The hotel looked a bit tired. The rooms were Ok but the area around the hotel was a bit dodgy. We went for a walk at 8pm and there were lots of drunk people milling about outside the gambling rooms and gentleman clubs nearby, Wouldn't stay here again.

Bumped Qantas flight- organised by airline. Group check-in of 16 people smooth and efficient. Reception staff in particular a gentleman (name unknown) with charming smile and a can do attitude is a keeper.

Meh, beer and wine to pricey. The sheets on the bed don’t get changed unless you ask.....when booking on the app, this is not stated or if it does it must be “fine print”. Maybe get the cleaners to wipe down behind the bathroom doors.

The bed are on wheels which results in moving away from the wall. The pillows where uncomfortable. Wish we had of paid the extra and stayed next door at The Playford.

Would like to stay the man on check in, whose name I don't recall, did an excellent job. He was the only staff on the reception desk, had a line of people, but stayed very upbeat and helpful. Was also very pleased with being able to check into our room early. Made a big difference.

Loved the room, the service was great - everyone was caring and nothing was too hard. I felt there was nothing they wouldn't do to make your stay comfortable and special. The restaurant was good, and again service was prompt and knowledgeable with the meals on offer. Breakfast was good, extensive range of hot and cold food and it looked like everything hot was topped up promptly.

Work stay - down overnight

Up until our last night all was great. Sadly when we returned to our room after a lovely night in your dinning room with our family we found our room was left like CRAP. We can't remember a stay anywhere in the world where our room was left in the state it was that evening. Again, sadly someone from housekeeping let everyone down big time. Your front desk staff were 110%, could not apologize enough on the night and the next morning. I say thank you again to them. We were embarrassed in front of our Daughter as we have not long paid for her Membership to Accorplus group and had high praises for it. As I said the front desk staff helped smooth over the issue and believe they put the matter to bed.

GOOD SPACE IN OUR SUITE

Spacious and well-organised set up of the suite. Great surprise that the bathroom came with a jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe. However as our room was in 2nd floor, the sound of the tram and traffic outside our bedroom was not a good experience and too some time (nights) to get used to it. The bathroom could be improved by providing non-slip mats outside the shower and jacuzzi. Additional soap/accessory holder could be installed inside the shower area for additional personal stuff. Towel holder/bar should be installed at glass door or wall next to shower to avoid walking all the way to toilet bowl area to get our towels. (hence creating wet floor) Receptionist need extra boost in her hospitality efforts e.g. more cheerful upon check-in.

I have stayed I the hotel 3 times previously. I have always been very inpressed. On this occasion I had to book 4 rooms for 4 different couples. 2 of the couples were elderly. They were unable to get in the bath to have a shower. There was no hand rail for them. My 80 year old father in law cut his arm on shower door. His room was also a distance from the lifts. Very difficult for a person with a walking frame. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. Sleeping was impossible it was so hot. The shower door was also broken. The 4th room I booked twin beds for my children. This did not happen. My 20 and 24 year old children had to share a Queen bed for 2 nights. The staff were lovely. Especially Sam in the restaurant. He was very helpful and accommodating. I was extremely disappointed in our accommodation.

The location is excellent and the fact we can park our vehicle underneath is great. We have stayed a few times and have found the accommodation to be great. Previously we have had a room at the front of the building and has been excellent. Friday evening stay we had a very noisy room and consequently very little to no sleep. It sounded like we had a generator running in our room all night. Everything else about the room was very nice. Fresh milk would be nice.

A tired hotel in general. Rooms fine and clean. Very good mattress. Staff good and attentive. Wake up call on time. Breakfast is another matter! There was a "Chefs Special" next to the scrambled eggs, which after inquiring turned out to be sweet bread pudding with custard! Why was it with the savory stuff. Image being an international visitor thinking that this was 'normal breakfast'. Coffee ( even from the Nescafe machine) pretty dire.
