The first room I booked was a bit gross, the carpet was stained and there was a family of cockroaches living in the fridge area. As a result, the receptionists were able to give me a different room. All of the receptionists I interacted with were friendly and very helpful which I appreciated, despite the uncleanliness of the first room.

10 out of ten for location, staff etc. A very comphy sleep. The only let down (and I'm sure this means it's great pricing) is that she is old. Outdated tvs, thin towels, tired generally. One huge item that really let's things down on a hot day is the air-conditioning. It can not keep the rooms cool enough (and this day was mid 30s not even in the 40s). I also suspect it is the source of the funky smells about the place.
