Convenient Location, parking difficult and very basic room. The parking was incredibly difficult for someone from the Country in a 4x4 vehicle. Extremely poking and actually had to request the overflow parking option up North Tce as there was only 2 parking spots left and there was no way we were getting into those spaces. The room itself was very basic. We couldn't just chill in our room before going out that night as the TV did not work after two channels it only had sound. Staff did send someone to look at it while we were out but it didn't fix the problem. Staff were incredibly helpful but I was encouraged to upgrade my room for $20 to a window room. This was not worth the $20 at all, internal rooms are probably a lot quieter and the window itself wasn't of 'North Tce' like I assumed just the view of the carpark behind and the window was incredibly dirty so just kept it shut the whole time anyways. I reported the TV issue and thought perhaps forgiving the $20 window room upgrade fee for no TV would have made us feel a little less cheated.

Here’s a cleaner and more professional version for your review: When arriving, I signed the paperwork given to me, however I later had to return to reception because I had accidentally signed onto someone else’s booking. The hallways constantly smelled like urine, and there was continuous knocking on my door throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The rooms were left very cold, with only a small Kmart heater provided to keep warm. Most things throughout the building appeared to be held together with tape, and there were visible mouse traps throughout the property. Overall, the accommodation felt untidy, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell.
