Location is fantastic and staff really great (Nassir specifically hopefully I remember name well). Breakfast super! Dinner okay Room good bed comfy But... 2 cups for 4 people, 3 towels, thinks toiletries for 3 only too, absolutely nothing in minibar ( except from milk). We only stayed for 1 night so didn’t worry us and we didn’t ask for more). Cost of movies on demand??? really??? Cost of internet, 1 G free and pay after??? really??? Once again it didn’t affect us, but those are the Important Little things. We will stay again without a doubt, but you could consider my comments

Upon check in was advised that a $20 per night would be charged for the car park which i wasnt aware of. I was upgraded to a bigger room as I had a considerable amount of luggage which was much appreciated. The air-conditioning wasn't very cold in the room even on high. The shower screen in the bathroom was not working properly (didn't slide fully closed). I didn't mention it as the cleaning staff were in everyday and should have noticed it and had it fixed.

My mother & I stayed for 2 nights during the Adelaide International Tennis tournament. Location was our main reason for choosing the Grosvenor. We initially had a room that was stuffy as the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working. The staff were fantastic and very obliging in assisting us and we were re-located to another suitable room. We were extremely grateful for the way the staff quickly rectified our concern. Our checkout was handled very efficiently by the friendly Grant.

Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, parking available, situated right in the city.

Fridge not working. Too much light in the room coming from bathroom.An outsde light is on all night which lights up the bedroom

The room was clean. The cups to use were not.I had to clean myself every day as they were not replaced. There is no lock on the door eg a chain so as to make guests more secure. there is a gap between entry door and floor which allows light to come into the room.This coupled with light coming under gap in bathroom door makes for a very bad night sleep. The staff were good.No prob there.

Stayed with my two young children. Room was very practical, nice new bathroom. A little tired but fine. TV in main bedroom was super small. Room was surprisingly huge (separate lounge) and the beds were so comfortable. Very reasonable price I thought. Brekky was nice, coffee was really enjoyable (it was just a machine tasted great). Nice views along North Terrace. Would happily stay again. Parking also very convenient.

The 1st room I was placed in had broken air conditioning (the room was hot and stuffy with the central aircon system). The second room we were placed in had rotten carpet where the shower had been flowing out into the room over time....

We thought that we had booked next door (Playford where we have stayed before) and since the Grosvenor is an Ibis we were a little apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised.

Excellent location and brought back many memories of family holidays as a child. Great comfortable facilities and good price for the city

Staff is really very helpful, I had a great feeling living there only one thing I disliked was hotel didn’t look like a 4 Star hotel it looked very average but it is cheaper compared to other 4 star hotels so that might be the case.

We would Stay there again most definitely.

Very pleasant,convenient to everything you could want re: tram Rundle Mall, cafes, casino directly across the road,convenience store 3 doors away, close to Glenelg via tram. The staff were most friendly and helpful the hotel was very clean very good dining facilities We would highly recommend this hotel when next visiting Adelaide.

The experience of staying at Mecure Grosvner Hotel Adelaide was very good with just one important thing that was wrong. Our room being on the fifth floor, suffered with extremely bad air conditioning. On Adelaides 40 degree days, it was no where near adequate for the room size. I spoke to reception, and all they could offer was a $15 pedestal fan to be delivered to the room. I was told the hotels air conditioning was set and temperature could not be adjusted in the rooms. I invite you to go to the room I stayed in, and Feel just what its like up there on a hot day or night. I would stay in the hotel again, but I would request a room much lower that does not get the heat like the top floor does. Or even better, allow the rooms to have individual temperature control. Every hotel I have stayed in has temperature control in the room, except for Mecure Grosvner Hotel Adelaide.
