Dear Ms C., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent family stay at Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide. I am very sorry to read that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding room comfort, lighting, noise, cleanliness, and your breakfast experience. Please accept my sincere apologies that your room felt uncomfortable and did not provide the level of comfort or quality you were expecting. Your comments regarding lighting, air conditioning noise, and room presentation have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for urgent review. I am also very concerned to hear about your experience at check-out regarding payment for late departure. This is clearly not the standard of service we expect from our team. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused, particularly given your time pressure to travel to the airport. I understand how upsetting it must have been to have to resolve this after already believing everything had been pre-arranged and paid. This matter will be reviewed with our front office team to ensure clearer communication and proper verification processes are followed to avoid situations like this occurring again. Your feedback regarding breakfast selection is also appreciated and will be shared with our food and beverage team for review, particularly around healthier options and variety. While I am glad you found our booking process and initial arrival experience satisfactory, it is clear we fell short in several key areas during your stay. I’m pleased to hear that you found our team to be very good and that your room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained for your needs. However, I am sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay caused inconvenience, particularly the ongoing work in the hotel, the WiFi performance, and the television reception in your room. Dear Ms P., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent business stay at Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide. I am very sorry to read about the experience you had, particularly regarding the condition of your room, the temperature, and the level of comfort provided. Please accept my sincere apologies that your room felt bleak and cold, and that the process of arranging a portable heater was not handled more efficiently. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating this would have been. I am also concerned to learn of your comment regarding cleanliness and the presence of an insect in your room. This is being taken very seriously and has been immediately shared with our housekeeping and pest control teams for urgent investigation and corrective action. Your feedback regarding responsiveness from our team has also been noted. While I’m glad a solution was eventually provided, the need for repeated follow-ups is not acceptable, and we will be reviewing our internal communication processes to ensure requests are handled promptly and consistently.
