It was very straight forward and all planned elements went smoothly, any deviation was well communicated and thoughtful. The food was incredible at all times of the day and the consideration towards dietaries seemed effortless. The conference itself was perfect. Everything we needed was in the room, didn't have to lift a finger. Overall brilliant stay and even though it rained, I wouldn't have a changed a thing. Thank you!

The stay was very comfortable, warm and clean, staff were helpful, dinner was excellent the only downside although minor was the breakfast start time was a half hour later than advised time due to being the weekend, this meant we had to leave without breakfast due to time constraints.

We had only an overnight stay but we. loved the heritage building and the facilities for gathering for guests. The room was small but adequate. And it was wonderful that we were able to take our little dog. We are looking forward to returning for longer.

Staff were wonderful and friendly and they are the best assets of the hotel. I probably would not go back - we stayed in a dog friendly room and it was the worst hotel room we've stayed at for a long time - the dog friendly rooms don't have to be second rate! Our room had an awful damp smell. The gardens were nice.
