Overall, everything was great, which is why I’ve stayed here several times. However, there are two things that could be improved. The water in the shower drains very slowly, which makes showering quite inconvenient. Also, the air vent is quite noisy, especially at night. I hope these issues can be improved in the future, as I really enjoy staying here otherwise.

The hotel's location was perfect. It's very close to the BTS station, and can find restaurants, massage, and shopping right nearby without having to go far.

This is a return visit to Ibis as well as Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24! This time it was a family trip where we booked 6 rooms across both hotels. My Ibis room was clean and looked newly refurbished. The hotel had a family friendly pool cum rooftop bar area too. The hotel was within 2-5mins walking distance to the Emporium & EmQuartier malls, BTS station, with the Emsphere mall just a bit further down the road. In addition, there were many massage spas and good eateries within a 1-10min walk. Excellent location for a wide variety of activities, with the iMax theatre and kids craft activities within the malls. I would definitely stay here again!

Ibis Sukhumvit 24 is my home away from home. I love this place, the service from the staff, from reception, to housekeeping to concierge is awesome, they remember me, and know what my preferences are, and always ensure I have a great stay. I love the housekeeping staff, and the concierge, and the Front Desk, Phong always greets me with a smile. If there is anything to complain about, I would say, there is no hand soap provided in the public toilets, just alcohol, with I find not hygienic at all, and would like to suggest the hotel considers providing hand soap in the public washrooms.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only area for improvement is that the rooms could use an update or renovation. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Want to thank the staff. Particularly the GRO Claire who helped to prepare two year anniversary room decorations and cake. Every 45 days I spend 3-4 days at this hotel. Been like that for 3 years now. So far the GM has never taken the time to say hello. Normally as a GM I always make it a priority to welcome and give my appreciation to a long standing regular guest. I guess the GM never got that memo. May be Xavier should arrange a trading program
