The hotel is located about 30mins from Bangkok Airport DMK, if there is not traffic jams. This makes it a viable choice if proximity to DMK is important. There is a night market about 5-10mins walk. and some shopping centers about 20-30 mins walk. The subway is directly outside the hotel, about 2 mins walk. But I would not say the immediate area is interesting. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower was basic but good. TV had numerous channels, but I did not see the option to stream, or quick access to streaming services except Youtube. The bed was comfortable. There was a small gym. There is a rooftop garden/bar but you would need to access it via a lift in the adjoining building, and climb 1 flight of stairs. I would give it a miss. It is a pity there is no pool. The restaurant serves a good range of local foods. It is great if you wish to sample a variety of local cuisine. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff were generally helpful and cheerful.

Overall reliably good and pleasant. Some room for improvement on the systems side. I booked through the Accor member site. At check in I asked to extend my stay for one extra day. The system did not however allow reception staff to do this so after several minutes of unsuccessful attempts, I decided to simply pay for a normal booking. The staff were kind and helpful but the rigid system failed us all

The location is near MRT. The staff at front desk, in the hall way, at the parking, at the rooftop bar and the breakfast place are great and helpful. The things I didn't like is the mattress on the bunk bed is not so comfy. So did the pillows on the queen bed. The pillows are flat and not very comfy.

Overall stay is pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with amenities and restaurants all within walking distance. Only thing about the rooms I feel is that it should come with toothbrushes and toothpaste shavers etc rather than needing to request for it.
