I’m glad we chose this hotel for our short vacation in Phuket with my elderly parents. The location is excellent, right opposite Karon Beach, but what really made our stay special was the wonderful team and their genuine hospitality. The F&B experience was exceptionally well executed. Chef Shishir and his team took great care of us throughout our stay, paying attention to our preferences and making every meal enjoyable. A special mention also to Vansh and his team, who ensured that our rooms were comfortable and perfectly arranged according to our requirements. Overall, a very enjoyable stay made memorable by the warmth, care, and professionalism of the team. Thank you for looking after us so well!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Avista Grande. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. They also surprised us with a room upgrade for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. A very special thanks to Grace and Milk for their warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture. We are pure vegetarians, and the Indian chefs, Mr. Rana and Mr. Naor, went above and beyond to help us with delicious Indian cuisine during our stay. Nice and spacious hotel room with one queen bed and one king bed, perfect for a family stay. The powerful air-conditioning was especially refreshing after coming back from the tropical heat outside! The bathroom was also very spacious, with both a shower and bathtub. Absolutely loved the balcony with its beautiful sea view.

We loved our stay, from the moment we arrived we were well looked after by all the staff. We had a pool view deluxe king room which was spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool which was surprisingly spacious, stunning and none of that chaos at other hotels. We also used the gym daily which was enough for holiday mode, the daily breakfast was varying and plentiful for all international guests, the rooftop bar was amazing for sunsets and the lido bar around the pool made the best 'french fries' and 'mango smoothies'. Our highlight was the birthday dinner at Char'd with the unique water experience and a menu prepared by Chef Shishi won't be forgotten. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, you made our holiday AMAZING!

Felt it was not a 5* hotel. Lots of little things that didn't add up. Our room wasn't ready at check in time, so we got told we'd been "upgraded" to the same room type with a Seaview but we had to wait until 3.45 for it to be ready. It didn't have a Seaview. The view was completely obscured by trees and bushes. We didn't really care, because we hadn't been fussed on the view anyway but I believe customers who had paid for the room would be! We only got a turn down service 2 out of the 4 nights. The first night we had little pastries left, upon inspection they were mouldy. The room we were in was at the end of the pool, it sloped down significantly and had several dead bugs and lizards in it. The pool was not cleaned during our stay and we could not use the pool, even after paying extra for a pool access room. There was shards of glass in one of our pots of yogurt at breakfast one morning. One of us became ill, and when the other went to breakfast to ask for some ginger tea we asked 3 times for it to be brought up and we were brushed off. We never got the tea and gave up waiting even after we had finished the meal to take it back up. We were asked for our coffee order at breakfast the first day, then never again. We are at grilld one night and were very disappointed. The food all lacked flavour and seasoning. How is this possible in Thailand?! We spent $160+ aud and barely ate half of it, it was so bland. The wifi was terrible, and we were not told how to connect to it or what the password was when we checked in. I ended up buying an esim because the wifi didn't work.

We had a very pleasant stay here…the resort is located right opposite the beach and quite close to local market and numerous restaurant options. I would specifically mention about the exceptionally good hospitality here…the staff here goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite lavish and food quality was superb. I left my phone in cab and how the hotel staff helped me retrieve it and even charged it for me while I was away…it was truly a memorable stay for us.
