Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi, about an hour from Jakarta. We stayed in a room with pool access, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was okay, although there’s still some room for improvement in terms of the overall dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think it’s a nice option for a quick getaway from Jakarta. There are a few things that could still be improved, but nothing that took away from our overall experience.

This is the first time I stayed at the Mercure Cibadak Hotel. I was stayed with my kids, the things that they like the most is the Aviary where we can see directly the birds and others animals. We also happy to see the deer, but it's dissapointed that we can't see it directly. We know it is the rules to keep them safe, so we can only see throught the cage. But the things is the smell of the cage is not comfortable. I also hope that you can provide an internal playground.

I really enjoyed my stay and was very happy to have the opportunity to spend my holiday here. However, I was slightly disappointed with the restaurant service. The food was a little too salty, and unfortunately, the chicken had an unpleasant smell. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of the food and service in the future.

Great hospitality esp by Mr Oki, the manager, two thumbs up for Mr Oki. The service is great. Buggy service is a plus point, especially helpful since we are with our parents who are elderly. Privilege lagoon room is also great, pool right in front of our room. My papa who's never interested in pool, even went in. Aviary has lots of birds, also animal feeding esp the deer has been fun. The person in charge also very helpful, took us everywhere, show us everything. Breakfast has enough variations, but there is room for improve. Also got a family picture from the hotel. Overall, great stay!

The hotel area was spacious and quite have several activities/facilities to be offered, such as swimming pool, kids activities, gym, aviary, even only walking around the hotel. The atmosphere gave a relaxing feeling. Breakfast was enough too. There's a good local restaurant 'Svarga' very near the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel location itself not really convenient because still far from the city heart. It was uneasy to find souvenirs, like the mochi. My room was placed in 2nd fl with swimming pool area, which wasn't convenient because no elevator provided. It was a hard time when I need to take my luggage, although there were staff who immediately helped.

Nice location, only around 1,5 hours from Jakarta. Perfect stay for exploring Sukabumi, Situ Gunung, and its surrounding. The resort itself is within a very interesting compound, with many facilities being prepared for full-fledge resort in Sukabumi. Very friendly and helpful staff, simple but functional rooms, would be nice if in the future there are more rooms that are equipped with bathtub.

Everything was excellent; All the staff were very helpful, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. Welcome drinks, snacks, and amenities were also provided in the room. The staff incharge for the balloon games were very interactive (Mas Imam), the car shuttle drivers and security personnel were also very helpful. The only experiences i met when i was stay there, my desk room & wall had red ants, it might be the cleaning staff only concern quick cleaning insttead the quality of cleanliness when customers check out. The breakfast food normal taste, Improve the taste and varieties, because Mercure is the 4 stars Hotel , should be have a Hotel signature dish , not only regular food served. I came with 4 adults and i was self declared to the restaurant lady to charge me for 2 persons exceed for our breakfast , but i saw so many family more then 2 adults they did not get charged for the exceeds. But the way, i appreciated to Mba Suci who the person in charge for changing the dirty plates on table, she was thoroughly initiative helpful. Advice : other visitor can transpassing our pool balcony room to get to he/she room, must consider to build separator in between each balcony room for customer safety and comfort Advice, please, put some yellow sign "carefully, watch your step" in every spot that have potential excident like incline/ decline way, all stairs, padi field, aviary and so on. Just remind the safety is a priority for all customer hotel or visitor

My family and I had a great time staying at Mercure Cibadak. Theres so much activities there: kids club, kids activities like gardening, horse riding, huge aviary, swimming pool, etc. We got the room upgrade to lagoon access which is great n my kids were so happy. The breakfast was also great, so was the bbq dinner. All the staffs there were super polite and helpful. Thank you for having us. We will definitely come back.

hotel was nice with lots of greeneries and aviary, room was good and standard. but service is terrible. lots of improvement needed for service. housekeeping, kitchen & restaurant staff need major training.

This was my second stay at this hotel. During my first stay, I stayed in the main building. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator serving the building, so the waiting time can be quite long, especially during peak hours. For my second stay, I booked a Lagoon Access Pool room to avoid staying in the main building. However, access to the room requires a buggy car. The waiting time for the buggy was quite long, and at night there was only one buggy in operation, resulting in even longer waits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope the hotel can improve transportation to the Lagoon Access Pool room by increasing the number of buggy cars, particularly during peak hours and in the evening.
