We were enjoy the staycation, from Receptionist team that handling check in and out process very fast process, clear and giving quest of treasure hunt. Activity team Wildan that provided good supportive service on archery and paintball, Aviary team, Hamid which very passionate on explaining the animals specialty and friendliness, my kid loves it. Also the cleaning service team, Alfi that politely and did good job on cleaning the room. Room were okay, we booked privelege lux lagoon view. Loves the environmental and mornings breeze. Small hiccups on guests that still smokes in their balcony from Room 3212. Really cannot appreciate clean air.

Thank You for your hospitality, nice all member staff hotel, clean hotel..

Happy

The hotel offers wonderful family activities, and the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, the room condition urgently needs an upgrade. The AC was not cooling properly, and there were leaks from the sink and toilet, causing an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the desk lamp was broken, and the cabinet under the water heater was dirty with pest droppings. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was comfortable enough.

From the start of check-in process, Rara as FO attendant who handled me, was super friendly and cheerful, she explained in details all the information regarding my stay. She also valued my tier membership and granted me room upgrade. They read my notes when I made the booking and they delivered! Day 1 breakfast was served ala carte due to low of occupancy and I requested to have breakfast on the go and again THEY DELIVERED! Day 2 breakfast was served buffet style and it was good. Stayed at room 1107, small feedback is the bidet/jet washer could have been better on the water pressure, and there front door of my room is not really closed, there's a gap between door leaf and door frame, I noticed it when I was about to sleep and I turned off all the lights in the room and I see the lights from the corridor. Other than that all was very special, they even provide us with free photoshoot sessions which unfortunately I cannot use it. Oh yeah, it would be a great addition if the hotel has electric vehicles charging stations as in Sukabumi Area not many SPKLU.

Overall oke

We had a delightful experienc 1. Comfortable room 2. Convenient room location with easy access to restaurants, the fitness center, and the swimming pool 3. Plenty of play activities for children

Very nice stay. The room is clean and the staffs are extremely helpful w the check in and check out process. Tried both the cabin tree room and the hotel room, kids love the tree cabin room as it felt very adventurous to them, while the adults prefer the modern interior of the building room. There are lots of activities especially during the weekend, especially love the aviary and horse-riding. You can feed deer, fish and birds in the aviary park. The ambience itself is very tranquil and the sound of the waterfall adds up to the serenity. Treasure hunt was also provided which was very fun and memorable as you are tasked to take pictures on the beautiful spots around the hotel's vicinity. Furthermore, there is a free whole pizza upon the completion. Breakfast options are decent too.

Very good location, Very Friendly staff at check in ( Mr. Sandy the FOM and the staf Nisa and Tio or Eko i forgot the name), comfortable stay, the room is very clean. Also the hospitality of the restaurant staff (Mr. Azwar). This hotel is perfect for a family vacation or for office events

Overall, we had a really nice stay at Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi. It’s an awesome spot for spending quality family time, especially if you have young kids, as there are plenty of fun activities to keep them entertained. A special shoutout to some of the amazing staff who made our stay extra memorable: Ms. Geswa (Bartender): Super friendly and served up great drinks with fantastic energy! Mr. Asril (F&B): Excellent, attentive service at the restaurant. Ms.Nisa (Front Office): Warm, welcoming, and made our check-in process super smooth. The Mini Zoo Team: Unbelievably friendly, patient, and educational with the kids—they absolutely loved it! A few minor areas where there's room for improvement: Staffing: We noticed quite a few trainees on duty; while everyone was polite, service felt a bit hesitant at times. Signage: Navigation around the property could be better. Adding clearer directional signs, especially toward the Lux area, would be super helpful. Access: The drive into the resort takes a bit of effort since it's tucked away via a narrow and somewhat rough road. All in all, it’s still a fantastic option for a family getaway in Sukabumi, and we’d definitely love to visit again!

Humble staff, comfort room, clean swimming pool

Finally, after so many failed attempts to book this hotel, we managed to get a room, even though it was only for a Friday stay! The receptionist told us that weekends were already fully booked for the next month, which probably says a lot about how popular this place is with families. We stayed in a Privilege Room with a balcony and pool view on the 3rd floor. We chose a double bed for the four of us with our young children, and the space was comfortable enough. The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely how family and kid-oriented it is. There are so many activities for children, especially on weekends: clowns, character balloons, mini bartender activities, horse riding, face painting, archery, shooting games, animal feeding, and many more. There’s also a dedicated play area inside the unique garlic-shaped tent, where kids can play, watch movies, and even play PS5. The room itself is modern, although not particularly large. Water dispensers are conveniently available along the room corridors. The main swimming pool on the first floor is around 1.5 meters deep, with a separate pool for younger children. The main hotel building offers both Classic and Privilege rooms, while several other room types are located outside the main building. Another nice surprise when we arrived was a complimentary professional photo session. The results were actually really good! We received one printed photo with a small frame for free, while the digital files were available for an additional charge. And don’t forget to visit the aviary! You can feed the fish, birds, and deer, as well as enjoy other interactive animal activities with iguanas, civets, cats, birds, and more. This was definitely another highlight for the kids. Breakfast also deserves a mention. The selection was extensive and varied, ranging from local Indonesian dishes to Western options, with a dedicated selection for children as well. The only real downside for us was the road leading to the hotel. There are quite a lot of potholes, and you’ll be sharing the road with large trucks since this is also one of the alternative routes toward Nagrak. Overall, this is a hotel that really understands family holidays. With so many activities available, the hotel itself becomes part of the destination, not just a place to sleep. No wonder weekends are so difficult to book!

Nice Hotel , with great landscape

I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. It is very family-friendly, offering a wide range of activities for children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the hotel is in a very strategic location, close to shopping centers.

Really enjoy staff so polite and atmosphere it's feeling natural facilities it's good maintenance But please you guys must planting more trees Cibadak it's going warm in this day situation

We stayed at the tree house 2107 for one night (check-in on August 29, check-out on August 30), and this was our family’s first experience at Mercure Cibadak. So far, so good—until a tragedy occurred in the bathroom that left my wife in shock the first time she used the bidet (Jet Washer). There were no instructions on how to use the bidet (Jet washer). When the bidet (Jet washer) faucet is fully open, the water pressure is extremely strong, and that’s what caused my wife to be shocked and traumatized—she was injured and bleeding. Please take this feedback into consideration and provide clear instructions. The jet washer directly hits the intimate areas—both front and back. Without initial instructions—whether verbal or written—guests might assume it’s like a standard jet washer with normal water pressure that doesn’t cause harm. However, when my wife used it for the first time—unfortunately, she was the one who tried it—it left her in shock and traumatized to this day. Please take this into consideration for the comfort of other guests as well. The breakfast was good, the entertainment area was also nice and comfortable, and the other facilities were enjoyable for unwinding and introducing the children to the animals in the aviary. Thanks.

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi, about an hour from Jakarta. We stayed in a room with pool access, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was okay, although there’s still some room for improvement in terms of the overall dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think it’s a nice option for a quick getaway from Jakarta. There are a few things that could still be improved, but nothing that took away from our overall experience.

Well located hotel Service should be improved Room upgrade for loyal member (platinum up) should be more generous. Stinky room
