The staffs are great! Loving the fact that there are toys for children. However i think the toys need to be replaced as some of them are broken. Also during breakfast, it took quite a while for the staffs to refill the food. It was a bit dissapointing as we went to kebun raya bogor before breakfast and we were extremely hungry but had to wait for the food to be refilled.

Enjoyed my quick one night stay in ibis styles pajajaran hotel, was pleasantly surprised with the extra services offered to accor members, with the cake, the paper frog (that my son brought back with him) and memorable “pantun”. Location is well placed at the heart of bogor, one step away from the botanical garden. This place needs additional parking spaces though, ran out of parking space when I arrived at night.

(+) comfortable stay (+) just walking distance across the botanical garden that I really love (+) check in really smooth although we came almost midnight after long trip (-) limited parkir lot, it's little bit annoying waiting your car back from valet park in a hot weather of bogor plus traffic jam in front of the hotel. but overall we're really satisfy staying here, definitely will come back here again

A bit disappointed during my stay due to the hotel missed to deliver the birthday slice cake at the expected time. If the hotel can't deliver the cake at 6am as informed during check-in the day before because of whatever reason (too early, not ready yet, etc), please inform me then I will understand, because I'm not really expecting too much since beginning. But since you didn't communicate that properly, that leaves a bit of bitter taste from what should have been a nice and well-spent stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any request. The room was beautifully maintained, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The entire hotel was spotless, and it was clear that great attention was given to every detail. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of choices. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What impressed us most was the outstanding hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. We felt completely comfortable throughout our visit and would happily return. Service same as in Raffles/Fairmont. Special thanks to Joanne Wullur for upgrading us. Also many thanks to lovely Aurellia Zefanya for taking care and playing for many hours with our daughter!
