Friendly staff. Assisted us with our belongings in safe deposit box after we check out. Located just beside kebun Raya bogor, it is perfect for morning jog around. Parking at the basement is quite challenging, but valet can offer to park your car nearby if parking space is full. Shower room at 1101 definitely need some thorough cleaning. Smell musty. Would recommend water dispenser on each floor or gym floor. First encounter from this ibis outlet that gives only 2 welcome drinks despite booking 2 rooms for me and family.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Fortunately, I received a little upgrade to a bigger room in the corner. Even though I'm traveling solo, perhaps due to my ALL Silver status, the room is fantastic and huge. I also enjoyed a gorgeous view of Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango from my room. The buffet was quite good, especially during the Ramadan session when the hotel provided a sahoor buffet for Muslim guests. However, my room wasn't cleaned properly by the housekeeper. The glass from my welcome drink was left on my table the next day. Overall, it's one of my favorite properties by the Accor group if I want to stay in Bogor. Some aspects were fantastic, but there were some flaws, especially with the housekeeping.
