Overall I was Satisfied with your hotel service, I like the atmosphere, Breakfast also nice, Room is OK, Aircon OK, Exhaust & Air Filter OK even I smoke, but room still smell more fresher compare with most other hotel I stayed before. The problem is POINT EARNING. This is happened to me for twice, I didnt got point extra as promoted by Accor. Lets talk about last stay : 02 - 03 Aug, --> earning point was complete. Then I have 2nd reservation for 03 - 04 Aug Yes, I book room with price with condition can cancel till 18.00 ( coz uncertain condition whether extend or not ) after Fix extend, the 2nd night always problem, for this promotional point from accor always MISS OUT ( Means I didn't get this extra point as promoted ) - 20% extra point if book through website --> NO HAVE - 3 times bonus point booked before 31 August --> NO HAVE but funny thing is then I extend again and book for 04 - 05 Aug 2004 this stay got complete point as promoted. This case also happened for stay at 20 - 21 JULY 2004 didn't got promoted point. when check in on 19 July , did complained to reception staff and he write down, but remain the same, no extra point credited to my account Understand this concern / input must be related with accor system, but at least been affected to your hotel service. as when I was stay at Ibis Styles Airport Jakarta ( total around 30 night a year before) very seldom have problem like this

it's nice to stay here, the facilities quite complete (perfecto for bussiness), tha staff are friendly and helpful, dan close to everywhere

The bed is good, there are bolsters too. The view from the room was also beautifull, all green. But, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery. So it seems, needs to be cleaned more often.
