This is my second stay, decided to come back because I felt the first stay was satisfactory and worth it. Unfortunately this time around, I have some feedback which I think ibis should improve: • We checked-in around 3 PM. The check-in experience itself was smooth, however once we got inside the room there was only 1 towel and 2 dental kits without the other usual amenities. Had to call the reception 3 times to finally get housekeeping to deliver the rest of the amenities while he apologized the towel was still not available as it was still in laundry. Finally the towel came, we put it aside. In the evening when we wanted to use it, turned out the towel had a foul smoke smell so we had to ask for a replacement. Check-in time are considerably not early, so please make sure everything's ready before that and please ensure smoking and non-smoking room towels or sheets are not mixed. • Saw at least 3 people smoked in the pool area on different times. I once pointed this out to a staff there (who handled towels), but was told that the place that a guy was smoking at was a smoking area (when it was clearly written in the pool regulation and signed everywhere that smoking is prohibited in the area, and the designated place for smoking is actually behind the restaurant...). Regulations are only as good as how they are enforced. • In the evening I found out that the hair-dryer in the room was out of order. Asked the reception if I could borrow a mobile one soon, instead the technicians came to replace the hair-dryer which took longer time than expected. The timing could not have been more inconvenient since we were actually planning to immediately go out that evening. In the end, we had to patiently wait for the reparation to be completed before being able to go. Please ensure all facilities are regularly checked and in-order before peak time like weekends. Please prepare spare mobile devices as back-ups instead of asking the guests to waste their time waiting for a reparation for incidents like mine. • During that long hair-dryer reparation, a masseuse came saying that we had a reservation for 7 PM. We politely denied and told her she probably got the wrong room number. After a few minutes, we got a call from the reception trying to reconfirm if we had a massage reservation for 7 PM. Maybe instead of doubting an already troubled guest, re-check your order notes first or take order better by asking for a name in addition to room number so it can be checked if the room number is the right one. At least believe the guest when they say you might make a mistake! • We found several ants on the table inside the room, making us worried of where to put our food. Carry out a pest control please... • Lastly, also experienced this during my first stay (at that time I thought it was just an unfortunate timing), only 2 out of 3 elevators were operating. With 11 floors, please do operate all 3 of the elevators especially during peak times like weekends or holidays to ensure no unnecessary queue just to go up and down the building!

We had a wonderful family staycation at ibis Styles Bogor Raya. The hotel offers a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and beautiful surroundings. The facilities were great for both adults and children, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
