In general the stay I had for 1 night was comfortable. Some details can be enhanced tho. We didnt have the towels when we arrived. It took more than 10 mins to have them delivered to our room. We found a trash I assume from last customer on the desk. This was a private trash. Why the housekeeper didnt see it while it actually on the desk behind the water jug? The water in the bathroom was clogged, so it took a while to have it drained. The rest was okay. We were happy here.

Actually this is one of the best iBis stay for me. Unfortunately my room was not clean, but the housekeeping fixed the issue by changing the sheets and covers, also provided me with new towels. I had broken shower too and cold and hot water were confusing. Since I only stayed for one night, I didn't make a complaint. The other minus point the response and action was very slow, I frequently found the water station empty. Staffs were polite and I have no problem with it. But overall, the score explained my stay satisfaction.
