The stay was very comfortable, breakfast was good, no issues with that. The thing that needs to be improved is the synchronization of data in FO. FO asked me about checkout time during check-in and already noted my late checkout time. Turns out, during the checkout day, there were 2 people who came to my room, and 1 called via room phone, asking about my checkout time, which should have already noted in the system before. I also tried the Massage service, and the service was good, but the spa room is a bit uncomfortable, and the AC was turned on after 1 hour, so the room was hot for the first 1 hour. Fortunately, the massage was good, so I could still enjoy the service, thanks to the therapist.

Even if I booked and "Executive" room, confort and decoration were average and/or cheap. For that price, you can have much better options in the area. Be aware restaurant closes early. From 09:00pm all is closed and there is no bar. Room service is ok but it takes very long to get served.I will not come back.
