We found Cockroach nymph in the door, also had to wait until 6 pm for towel to be delivered to our room.

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Bogor Raya overall. The hotel offers a comfortable environment, and the experience was generally enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, which affected overall comfort. Additionally, the water faucet was not functioning properly and should be repaired to maintain room quality standards. The breakfast selection could also be enhanced, as the variety was somewhat limited. Expanding the options would definitely improve the dining experience for guests. With some attention to these details, the hotel could provide an even better stay in the future.
