I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I went to Novotel with family to celebrate my birthday. Their staff help my wife to prepare things inside my room. The breakfast was okay, maybe Hotel can add fresh sashimi or other main course to fullfil guests expectation. Special thanks for the hospitality from ms Nina (at Meranti restaurant), outstanding, helpful, and best staff there. Love and wish to come back to Novotel Bogor

Thanks for the help of Mba Okke, we got early check in at 13.00 when normally check in will only be available at 15.00. Mba Okke also explained there are free activities that we can take in the hotel. Overall first impression was good and smooth, thanks to Mba Okke.
