I love the serenity of Novotel Bogor. It is quiet & peaceful. Good for rest =) The staff are also patient, helpful & friendly. The newly renovated deluxe bedroom is clean & comfortable. Perhaps the breakfast quality can be improved. We affirm the hotel's effort to ensure consistent maintenance despite it is not easy to manage such a very big aging compound. We hope that the hotel can continue its service and remains as Bogor heritage center.

The management did not hesitate to upgrade the room due to maintenance keeping. Breakfast is great as always with lots of variety to choose from. The only downside is due to open air parking space my car got lots of ants because I parked it near a tree. Well I guess that’s what you get when you want to stay in a natural-concept hotel.

The newly renovated room was comfortable, and the garden and location are great for families. However, our room faced a wall, which was disappointing. Service needs better coordination. We booked two rooms and requested baby bassinets in the second room, but they were placed incorrectly and required several calls to fix. The water dispenser outside our room stayed empty despite our request, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor. We also waited 1.5 hours for the scheduled kids’ movie night, but it was never properly set up. The pool and gym feel dated and would benefit from an upgrade to match the renovated rooms.

The property beautifully preserves its classic Indonesian ambiance, creating a serene and authentic retreat away from the city’s hustle. We stayed in the newly renovated Deluxe Twin room, which was comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wonderful combination of Indonesian specialties and continental favorites. Most of the team members were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable — a true reflection of Indonesian hospitality. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for our honeymoon at Novotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and smelled great, making it perfect for relaxing. The amenities were excellent and well-prepared. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks, and everything tasted delicious. The facilities were also satisfying, with a swimming pool, table tennis, and a fairly well-equipped gym. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for a honeymoon or staycation.
