My stay at this hotel was fairly good and the service was nice, but when I arrived, the swimming pool was unavailable because it was under renovation. This had not been communicated in advance, even though the main purpose of my trip was a staycation with my child.

Room & Facilities: The bed felt a bit worn out, and the balcony didn’t match the photos shown on Tiket.com or Booking.com. If I had known, I would have booked a higher-tier room. AC is a little warm. Dining & Bar: Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially compared to Ibis Styles next door, which offers a better selection. The bar was also underwhelming, with no cocktails available and only two types of beer offered. Parking & Service: Parking was a challenge—when I returned one time, there was a wedding event, and I had difficulty finding a spot as well as getting assistance from staff. It would really help if there were a designated parking area for hotel guests checking in. Highlight: The spa was excellent—I’d definitely come back just for that experience.

It was bad experience for me and my wife. At April 11 , 2026 my wife was birthday , i choose to stay at novotel bogor base on recommendation . I already notes if i stay for a birthday vacation then reception inform us for the wording mirror and slice cake , I enter the room there is no slice cake and BOOM!!! . The electricity not work properly , we get power outage TWICE ! engineer already try to repair that and they give statement the electricity not go down again , but still outage . Mr.vian as duty manager come to our room and i complaint about services , and he offer to move to another room . We move to another room , we enter the room and BOOM ! again ! Aircond not work properly , aircon not being cold and make some noice from fan. After that The sink is leaking very heavily, so the bathroom is very wet . Mr vian come back to our room and say apologize and ask us to move again to another room . We move to another room and what we get ? ROOM NOT READY TO USE , AND FACILITY ALL BROKEN LIKE AUTOMATIC CURTAIN , MIRROR LAMP , KETTLE , AND ETC . Manager onduty change and come the new one , Mr.Arif and say apologize again to us and ask to move to another room .. and TOTAL WE MOVE 4 TIMES TO ANOTHER ROOM AND IT AT 12AM midnight

All good, but the toilet a bit smelly and the water took time to flow
