Hotel ambience is very nice and relaxing. Check in is quick and painless, and we received complimentary early check in, facilitated by Ms. April. This hotel is perfect for family with loads of kids activities. Highly recommended for a short getaway from Jakarta.

Reception very helpful & nice. The room super comfortable. My room just no have Netflix access. Gym & all facilities are great. Amenities are complete. The breakfast so delicious. All staff are very nice. But overall the experience was so comfortable! Thabk you Novotel

Rooms are very spavious and comfortable and food are great, facilities are kids friendly and thanks to Mba Relin who is making suer our stay is comfy! We will surely come back staying here more longer since there are lot of facilities that we should enjoy!
