A very relaxing and refreshing stay overall. The atmosphere truly felt peaceful and surrounded by nature, almost reminiscent of a quiet resort escape in Ubud, yet still conveniently close to Jakarta. The greenery, fresh air, and spacious surroundings created a calming experience throughout the stay. The room was comfortable, the resort area was beautifully maintained, and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the busy city routine. The team was also warm and welcoming during the stay. Definitely a lovely choice for a short getaway and quality rest. For my next visit, I would also appreciate it if the team could kindly email me a recommendation on which room type and specific room number would be best to book for another great stay experience.

The place is really nice, it offers a lot of amenities. The room is superbly nice and large. The breakfast menu options are 'unlimited'. Overall I'd give it 10, but the main problem was the parking. There are very few parking spots, as well as the entry to the car park are passing the entrance, so there were some waiting in the entrance before we can actually find the available parking spot, and finally park our car.

the experience is amazing, services is good kind and lot of smile, the food is good, but i have a problem with the shower, cause when i use a cold water its suddenly change to hot water, and change again to cold water its self

Our experience overall was satisfying. It could have been excellent if the AC in the room was not that noisy and even when it was switched off , it was noisy. We asked for an intervention but nobody came to.check. About the restaurant, the offer proposed at the breakfast is great and of quality. However , for the lunch and dinner , the buffet proposed and quality is a bit limited. Sushis are overcharged of mayonnaise, choice of plate is limited, the salad bar choose is limited as well, cheese quality is low. Then if we want to go by the menu , the offer is as well limited and discouraged by the personnel as they mentioned that we should wait at least 30mn if ordered a la catte as the kitchen focus on the buffet.
