Room is very dirty, cant walk without Slipper. Room cleaning not refill anything like soap, tissue. Trash bin still full. Please refresh your pool area it would satisfy family vacation.

We are truly disappointed to learn that the room condition did not meet your expectations, including the incomplete replenishment of amenities, the unemptied trash bin, and the level of cleanliness that made you feel uncomfortable during your stay. This is certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. We also regret to learn that the condition of our pool area did not provide the enjoyable family experience you had anticipated. Your comments regarding the pool facilities have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and improvement, as we continuously work to enhance our facilities and guest experience. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. First room I had still had guests inside! Second room is noisy due to road outside. Third room, sink cannot drain, bathroom is mouldy and peeling, towels are old and greyish.

We are also very sorry to learn about the condition of the subsequent room, including the noise disturbance, drainage issue, bathroom condition, and the quality of the linens provided. These are not reflective of our usual standards, and your comments have been immediately shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for urgent inspection and corrective action. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because of its beautiful natural surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. The environment feels more like a tourist destination than a typical hotel, making it a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. One of the highlights was the food. The quality and taste were excellent, and there was a wide variety of dishes available. The dining facilities were also spacious with multiple dining areas. However, most of the tables were designed for large groups. There were not many small tables for couples or small families of two or three people. As a result, many large tables had only a few guests, which seemed less efficient. Throughout my stay, I greatly appreciated the consistently friendly, helpful, and professional service from the room service and hotel staff. On the downside, the most significant issue was the room's poor soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my sleep quality, and on one night, I was unable to sleep properly due to the noise. In my opinion, a comfortable and quiet room is one of the most important reasons people choose to stay at a hotel. While the hotel excels in atmosphere, scenery, food, and service, improving sound insulation would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

overall it was a great place to spend and stay, once i check in the welcome wording request was fulfilled, the mahoni bar was so cozy, on the 1st evening i found my outdoor balcony lamp and the TV is having an issue and not working, i requested to be check and need around 30-45 mins to technician to come, however not ruined my stay. i still have a pleasant stay here, asist well with hk, fb and all the team, thankyou and see you again

Only one problem that we have is the balcony door is not closed properly but the engineering already fix it and the wadrobe handle is detached
