Overall 9/10.. Starting from the hospitality, the comfort of the room and specially the hotel facilities are extraordinary complete and good .. Swimming pool has a lot of variations, very good activities for children and adults, there is an interesting family photo facility.. there's only 2 feedback from me.. the first about breakfast, breakfast choice menu is less variable and interesting, most of the Indonesian menu, main course is not much .. but it feels good 👍🏽 The second experience when I was riding buggy car from the lobby to the basement parking lot, the buggy driver drives fast enough and my wife sits sliding.. My wife is only concerned with this.. It will be better to drive slowly..

Nice place, comfort room dan a lot of games, suitable for kids and office activities, need more several days to explore all the games and outdoor activity. Good food at breakfast and breakfasting, good staff, excellent.

This visit was for a birthday staycation, and it turned out to be really special. We received such thoughtful touches, like a birthday cake, room decoration with a handwritten note, and even a lovely surprise at the restaurant, “Le Platine,” with a lobster dish. Everything was beautifully arranged by Ms. Nike from Damar Resto, who also assisted us during breakfast. She was very helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated her service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, which we really enjoyed. Our room was also upgraded complimentary, and the Guest Relations team, especially Mr. Yosua, arranged a quiet room for us, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.
