Another experience of staying at this hotel. If you're after a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the Pullman Vimala Villa is the place to be. But then something unexpected happened. I couldn't get into my room because I'd left my key and phone inside. So I strolled over to the nearest building to see if any of the hotel staff could help. Just so you know, villas and hotels have different staff. I don't even want to think about what would happen if a solo guest experienced something like that at night. I'm sure the hotel management will do and mitigate what they can to put things right. Overall I quite enjoyed my stay here!

I am very satisfied and will definitely come back. Regarding leaving food orders at the concierge from Gojek or Grab: I understand that Pullman would like to encourage guests to spend more at the in-house restaurants. I personally dined at Damar, used room service, and also tried Madcow. However, on my last night I ordered HokBen via Gojek because my child really likes it. I was informed by the Gojek/Grab driver that at Pullman Vimala it is often difficult to leave food at the concierge, and guests are usually asked to meet the driver directly in the lobby. At that time, I was in my room taking a shower and had to insist and ask for help to have the food temporarily kept for me. It would be much more convenient if guests were allowed to leave food orders with the concierge. That said, I still give this stay a 10 out of 10. Everything else was excellent — hospitality was 100, the food was 100, and the benefits and facilities were top-notch. Among the many Accor hotels I have stayed at, this one is definitely in my top 3.

its definetly a great place to unwind, just 1 hour from Jakarta and you will get a ‘bali’ resort like experience. I got to feel their Executive room since they were upgraded my room and their breakfast buffet selection is by far the best that I have experienced, you will never run out of option in this place. Our GRO Staff, Mba Amalia and Lutfia were very friendly and accomodating which helps higlight our stay in here. Would definetly comeback again!
