Satisfied 1 night stay. your staffs so friendly and helpful. Thanks ms Dinda, ms Lutfia you make check in process was so smooth and fast. Also having upgraded room to executive sure make our day but next time I better choose first floor since the wall blocked our view to swimming pool. There one drawback, hot water in our room was not that hot. Other than that PERFECTO. So far Pullman Ciawi will the best memorable healing escape ever for us. Excellent facility & well maintained as usual, Excellent staff hospitality especially during check in&out by Ms. Lutfia, and Mr. Iqbal during sudden diarrhea for 1 of my family member. Good initative to make all swimming pool near restaurant have warm water.

We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, Haikal was incredibly helpful—welcoming us warmly, offering drinks, and providing excellent service throughout. He even escorted us to the lift both upon arrival and when we left, which made us feel very well taken care of. During check-out, Lutfia was also very kind and helpful, assisting us smoothly and even engaging our child, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we would definitely love to come back again with our family.
