The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Based on the reviews, I expected more, but there were only limited options available. Overall, the service was good, but the breakfast could definitely be improved.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady at reception. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she was very genuine, bubbly, and welcoming.
The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. A special shout-out to Haikal for upgrading one of our rooms to a suite and for making sure our arrival was seamless.
There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. You could easily spend your entire stay at the hotel enjoying all the facilities without needing to go anywhere else.
The breakfast selection was great, and the staff at breakfast were wonderful as well. We also really enjoyed our meal at Jade River Restaurant. The staff were very attentive, especially the older gentleman who looked after our table. He was an absolute superstar!
Overall, we only stayed for two nights, but we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back to enjoy more of what the resort has to offer.

First time staying here and it was a very pleasant experience. Haikal & Putri were very helpful in guiding us during our check-in, navigating the resort, and checking out. The ambiance was very peaceful & beautiful, the room was very comfortable.
