Arriving to the hotel, I was captivated by the beauty of the property and the surrounding nature. It was something different from the hectic Jakarta. I was assisted by Deko from the Concierge team and Jill at the Receptionist, both are such delightful people! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Facilities are top notch. Another honorable mention is the breakfast team, the chefs that are around every corner, ready to recommend us their beautifully displayed buffet, and Tabitha, who assisted with my platine takeaway, also made sure we are comfortable. It was overall a very nice experience, and I can't wait to be back there again!

We had such an incredible room with suite night upgrade facilities, spacious room, double TV, coffee maker, and sweet touch for loyalty members. We just have small feedback about the breakfast readiness and taste for 1st day, which happened on Sunday (very busy morning). The taste was not consistent, especially if compared with the 2nd day (Monday morning). The food on the second day was significantly better than the first day. Since the hotel is located in Vimala Hills complex, there were many activities offered for families. Unfortunately, the karaoke facility was unusable when we stayed there. However, the hotel's premises were also enjoyable to walk around or taking instagrammable photos. Overall, we had an fantastic stay.

We had such a wonderful and memorable honeymoon at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A very special thank you to Chica and Jovanka for preparing the beautiful honeymoon decoration in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our first honeymoon as husband and wife feel even more special.
We would especially like to thank Nike, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. She was always helpful in providing information about the hotel and assisted us with our breakfast, dinner, and brunch arrangements. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless.

Great experience and comfortable stay here with my family. All the staff are friendly and helpful, Putri the GRO is very helpfull to us.
Room is spaciou, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is good and lot of option.
Many kids activites too. We also get photo session and free 1 photo with fram.

All the staff here were very helpful and friendly! I came here to celebrate my husbandâs birthday, and they gave us a complimentary little birthday cake, which was really sweet. They also provided a free photoshoot with one physical photo, so we could have a little memory from our stay. đ„°
The only thing is, our room was quite far from the lobby, so you might get a little lost, haha. But the staff were always happy to help! I actually got lost when I was trying to find the Mad Cow restaurant because I couldnât really find the signs. đ
But overall, the room was nice, the staff were super friendly, the food was good, and the ambience was really nice. So overall, Iâd give Pullman a 10/10! â€ïž

We had another wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi. Even though it was just for one night, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The service was great from the beginning. Pak Yosua assisted us before our arrival, Mba Nabila was very helpful and explained everything clearly during check in, and Mba Deina from the Front Office was always there to assist us throughout our stay.
Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Weâll definitely be coming back to Pullman Ciawi again!
