The hotel has beautiful mountain views, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect place for a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Pullman Ciawi to celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday. The Guest Relations team was very helpful with the kids amenities, and my daughter was delighted to find a kids’ tent and a personalized welcome message on the mirror, special thanks to Miss Amalia The service throughout our stay was excellent, especially the front office team who allowed us to store our birthday cake at the concierge chiller. Thank you as well to Miss Dina and Miss Ega for taking great care of my daughter at the kids’ playground Another highlight was the refreshing, well-balanced kombucha at Padi Restaurant. During breakfast at Damar Restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered my daughter a milkshake, as we initially thought this special service for kids was only available on weekends, like in many other hotels. To sum up, even though our staycation was short, every little detail from the heartfelt service, the warm water swimming pool, the cozy room, to the super fun animal feeding activities, came together to create an unforgettable experience and a beautiful core memory for our daughter. We will definitely be coming back, at least once a year 😊

Take quick days off with family in pullman ciawi, this is not the 1st time, we always coming back to this hotel because of the facility, environment and hospitability of hotel stuff really amazing, never regret to stay on this hotel.
