For a new hotel the rooms were somewhat disappointing: no aircon (with 35C not nice), only window and fan. The street noise was to be expected but our room was particularly disappointing - located one floor above the entrance and smoking area - much late night disturbances from travellers and smokers. We were not given sufficient coffee and tea supplies for our three day stay, reception didnt have any black tea for us. Beds were great. Pillows were not up to IBiS standard. One pillow was decisively lumpy even. Also the towels were very low quality. The on site parking system (paid) made for peace of mind and it was efficient (if you remember to collect the exit coin). Staff was friendly and professional. If I stay again I will insist on a higher floor room away from the entrance. Smoking area should be relocated far away from the rooms.

It is impossible to sleep without Air Conditioning during the summer heat. Plus the room was not cleaned properly and was dusty on the bed. The bed sheets were also dirty and smells like the previous guests perfume!!!

Had to change rooms due to silverfish infestation of the first room on the 1st floor. Bathroom is maybe passable in an old hotel, but next to the bed is something else. Not only small silverfish by the bed, sink, etc but also very big (~5cm) brown ones crawling on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom in my opinion is not acceptable in an Accor hotel, regardless of budget. Thankfully the receptionist was understanding and was immediately able to move me to a room on the 2nd floor even though the hotel was almost full. This room was fine, and I had a complementary bottle of water in the fridge, which I didn’t receive in my original room. The second room - which was fine - was identical to the one I received during my first stay a few months ago, but honestly I don’t think I will stay here again even though the location is practical for the Nurburgring and the price is very competitive. I don’t want to mess around changing rooms due to insect infestations. Unfortunate
