As you will see from my recent stays at IBIS Abidjan, IBIS Accra, IBIS Dubai Novotel, IBIS Dubai Deira Creek, IBIS Brussels, I should have obtained loyalty points for all my stays - and yet some are missing, why? Also, staying at IBIS Konigswinter apparently does not entitle me to get an All Accor loyalty points - thsi is unacceptable and Paris HO Needs to improve the All Accor Loyalty program.

Very nice experience.. location is perfect and just off the highway. The person at the reception was very courteous and helped us with ordering dunner. We slept well so everything with the room was good. There is ample free parking.
