We are sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience. A system error led to an overbooking of your booked room, which is why a colleague offered you a different room. Regarding the pillows: all rooms have small cushions; if you wish, we can provide a second pillow. We regret this unfortunate situation and hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Found this hotel on Booking.com , on the website I book a room with super king size bed and 2 extra small beds for my daughter. When i arrive at the hotel that lady from reception she told us cuz he don’t have that room available, she give us a disable room I show her the booking and the room what I paid for it and she’s answer is on the website is different rooms then she got an the hotel . But any way the room smell disgusting and all room have just 1 small pillow 🤣🤣. So from my side try to avoid how much this hote . 1 star for hotel , 1 star for reception lady …

the hotel is fine, stay was good for an overnight stay, but the checking process was terrible. there was a massive queue because the check in takes like 5 minutes per person. We could not locate a self-check in at the hotel, nor was I able to locate it online.

The room was clean and decent, good value for the price. Though the registration is a bit chaotic, unorganized. The management emailed me to register in advance, to fill in a form online for the 'fast registration process. I did. But, when we came to the hotel (though earlier than check-in time), they told us check-in was at 3pm (okay!). We left the hotel and explored the city of Bonn. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. We thought the check-in process would be faster as I've already done 'Check-in Online' per email sent, but no! The receptionist asked me again to fill up the same Form i filled up online, and when I said i already did online, the receptionist told me 'we don't do online here', like 'whatt???' I was so tired to argue, and just did it. After, everything was okay until checked out.

As you will see from my recent stays at IBIS Abidjan, IBIS Accra, IBIS Dubai Novotel, IBIS Dubai Deira Creek, IBIS Brussels, I should have obtained loyalty points for all my stays - and yet some are missing, why? Also, staying at IBIS Konigswinter apparently does not entitle me to get an All Accor loyalty points - thsi is unacceptable and Paris HO Needs to improve the All Accor Loyalty program.

Very nice experience.. location is perfect and just off the highway. The person at the reception was very courteous and helped us with ordering dunner. We slept well so everything with the room was good. There is ample free parking.
